I had the weirdest experience today (10/26 5:25 PM). Please fire this lady!!!! No one deserves to be treated by a worker the way I was. I know what you’re thinking— “oh she’s probably some Karen who was rude to the workers and is now complaining” no I never write reviews like this online ever but I couldn’t not do it this time. I was at the drive through and I asked for the deluxe cravings box. The lady was a little snippy while informing me that there were two different ones and was talking a little fast so I didn’t catch what the options were. (The menu didn’t seem to say what the two options were, it only said ‘deluxe cravings box’ so I assumed there was only one I could choose from). Then nicely I said “oh sorry, I didn’t realize there were two options.” I then paused to read the menu closer to see what my options were since she was talking fast when she told me what the cravings box options were. But then I just re-asked “sorry what were my options again” and she goes “I JUST TOLD YOU. I can’t read the menu that you’re reading so I don’t know what the menu says” I was so taken back by this because I was nothing but nice leading up to that and I felt as though I didn’t deserve to be talked to like that for simply asking what my cravings box options were. So I said “no need to be rude to me please” and she said “you were rude to me first” and this confused me even further because I was never rude or used a rude tone. Ask any of the other workers who heard this conversation on the headset and I bet they will tell you that she was the one one out of pocket unless they’re trying to protect her and her job. Then she goes “so which do you want” and at this point I STILLLL don’t know what my options are because the menu was confusing and she refused to repeat them to me. I then finally said “f* you” which yeah I dropped trying to be nice—of course I did because I don’t deserve to be treated like that so yeah I said that. And then she said it back and I left. The only thing I did wrong was say “f* you to her” after being talked to so rudely for just trying to...
Read moreTwo days ago, drive thru slow during early dinner charged me twice on card transaction with two separate amounts. Called and manager on duty said they don’t know how to correct and have to call store in morning for GM. Next day called GM in morning and she speaks of going back to restaurant to prove to her I was charged twice keeping in mind I don’t live near the city. She said there is no other way and I’m thinking anyone who has a transaction problem has to go back to the store (I’ve been a GM at stores, that’s not the only way more or less to ask someone to prove and not look it up is unexplainable). She said she’ll be there all day and of course I get there she’s not. Spoke to some other manager who has to call her because he didn’t know what was going on and didn’t know how to do anything. He’s on the phone with the GM as I show him my transactions on my bank statement and she’s asking all these questions. He and she is saying I don’t know then tells me to call my bank and have them remove the pending charges as they can’t do anything. So I simply leave as I’m just dumb founded about the management and the quality of food I didn’t even mention throughout this complaint. I have sent email to Taco Bell request refund and also contacted my bank. 40minute...
Read moreI went in to order breakfast at this location using the kiosk. Placed my order and waited. An employee called out my name. She then informed me the breakfast tacos I ordered on the kiosk menu are no longer carried, and evidently gone for some time as she stated she didn't know why it was still on there because thay don't offer it anymore. She then offered giving me a combo or other solutions. I just wanted to get the other item I ordered- breakfast crunchwrap- and money back for the rest. Evidently if you order on the kiosk the store has no way to cancel/refund money for the order at all. She recovered as best she could- offering a combo when I hadn't ordered one, I don't drink soda, she offered a bottle of water. I am extremely disappointed the kiosk menu is not a true representation of what is offered at the location. ESPECIALLY if the location has no way to recover that order by canceling or refunding part of it. I would suggest Taco Bell make sure the kiosk menu is current to all offerings and give the individual locations autonomy to modify kiosk orders if needed. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because of the efforts of the employee to help me, but still a disappointing...
