Heed my warning! Horrible place. Horrible customer service. Do not shop here!
We went here because we have been in the area less than a year and we wanted to shop local/support a local business. It was awful. I won't do it again. I needed a simple tuning and filter replacement. Twin Cities Vacuum kept it there for almost a MONTH. No updates, no indication as to timeline, and THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! I called at least two dozen times, left multiple messages, and they would never call me back. Yesterday I finally was able to get a person on the line and I was hung up on when the person went to go look for my order. I called back immediately (then a few times more) thinking she would pick it up realizing the disconnect. Nope. It kept ringing and ringing. I (thankfully) was coming home early from work and went into the store. I told the lady the issues I had and that I was there to get my vacuum back, that I would pay for any services already completed, but I wanted a refund for any of the remainder since I made an upfront payment for the service and filter. After a large amount of blundering and having to call the owner for permission, I did receive a full refund. However, in almost a MONTH, there was ZERO work done on it. I received my vacuum and the money back, but I'm very upset about the lack of any common curtesy and business ethics this place has. What kind of place has this type of customer service? I wouldn't wish this place...
Read moreI brought the machine from work in to have it repaired and set up a commercial account with them. I work for a municipality and could have given them a lot of business. They stated they attempted to call me, even left a message. They wrote my phone number wrong. The part was delayed apparently, I was told this after I had called 3 times. I ended up having to drive there from work to get this information. (16 mile round trip). Then 2 more weeks we hear nothing. I called and was hung up on, with no return call, even though they had my information that I gave them no less than 3 times. I drove there again. The machine is done she says, but the tax exempt account was not set up. Oops, sorry. That's $10+ out of my pocket plus they broke the cord holder and didn't replace the clogged filter that caused the problem to begin with! There was no attempt to rectify any of this on there part. The fact that they can't track things or figure out how to contact me, I'm guessing they are not getting back to me about the commercial vac we need...
Read moreI brought my shampooer in to be checked. Was called about a week later by staff saying it worked fine and could get it. Reviewed with them that the cord also had exposed wires. Stated can not replace cord but can order new plug and take out bad area of cord. FINALLY a MONTH LATER was able to pick up my shampooer.
Got it home and: MOTOR SMELLED HOT NO WATER CAME OUT STILL EXPOSED WIRES ON THE CORD.
Called for a refund explaining I would have never had cord fixed if you said it didn’t work. It had not been used since I picked it up and he suggested something must have happened between the store and getting it home where it literally sat until I used it!!
NO REFUND ISSUED POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOT CHECK MY SHAMPOOER PROPERLY BECAUSE IT OBVIOUSLY DID NOT WORK AND OBVIOUS WIRES STILL EXPOSED SLOW AS A TURTLE TURN AROUND TIME
WOULD NOT USE IR RECOMMEND THIS...
