HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY! This company actually rewards their employees for disrespecting their customers! My fiancée and I came here looking for our Wedding Rings and were introduced to a mid to late 30's woman named EMILY. If you see her, WALK OUT IMMEDIATELY BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE! We eventually walked out as we did not want to get our wedding rings from such a classless, inconsiderate 'employee' and it was definitely not the atmosphere any woman wants when planning a wedding. We came back a couple of days later when Emily was not there to complain to Erika, the manager. She immediately apologized for Emily's UNPROFESSIONAL behavior and conduct and tried to assist us in still making a purchase insisting Emily no longer had to be a part of the equation... However, to our shock, as we were in the middle of being rung up, THEN Erika informs us that Emily would STILL be getting half commission because that is "the policy". What a joke! Unless you'd like to support a company that is going to PAY unprofessional employees with COMPLAINTS and then hustle you until the last minute just to take your money, then this is your spot. For people who don't like to be ripped off or disrespected, go to a different jeweler, a different location, or at least walk out if "Emily" starts to help you or you'll be stuck with whatever horrible treatment she gives you and pay for it, adding...

I’m so grateful to Kay Jewelers & Jae for the ring of my D-reams!! On our first visit, my fiancé and I were lucky enough to meet Jae who welcomed us in and greeted us like old friends! He sat us down and asked us what we know about buying diamonds, which was nothing! Instead of showing us rocks right away, he patiently taught us everything about the 4-Cs and types of setting!! He gave Us homework and asked us to come back during the big event to chk out stones and bands! Right then and there, we knew we had found a match - us and magic maker Jae!! As advised, we came back armed with research and the first band Jae showed me I fell in love with! Now it was time to look at diamonds and he helped me pick the most gorgeous stone!! Throughout our journey, Jae was always there for us and teaching us aspects of the process and advising on signing up for lifetime protection to keep my ring sparkling forever! Erica and her team are the best!

I came in over the weekend solely for the purpose of getting my jewelry fixed, but once again ended up making a few extra purchases! Erica is dedicated to always making sure her customers leave happy and satisfied. She knows my personal taste and understands my flavor and that's the one of the main reasons I continue going back. I love that I am never pressured into buying anything I don't need or want. Erica keeps my "wishlist" updated and informs me if and when my items go on sale. I cannot express how grateful I am for her impeccable customer service!!! Thank you Erica, I appreciate all that you do!
