Ono Hawaiian BBQ — Restaurant in Culver City

If I can give this place - 1 I would but they don't it as a choice. I had my associate place an order through Post Mates today for lunch. We ordered a family meal 2 orders Beef BBQ and Crispy Shrimp and Island Fish plate. The order arrived earlier than expected; our lunch came before noon, however the food that were delivered weren't the food that we ordered. We received Island Fire Chicken, BBQ Chicken and another Island Fire Chicken and Crispy Shrimp. The only thing that they got right was the Crispy Shrimp. Then I called Shaun and informed her that the order that we received was wrong. She phoned it in and she had to go to the Mall coming all the way from San Vicente to pick the food. The server read Shaun the order that she was picking up. Everything was alright... Shaun came back to the office had everyone sat at the dinning table and found that it was a total wrong order again. Shaun called and asked to redeliver the beef bbq but was told she can come and pick it up again. Now they gave us order wrong twice and still this people have the nerve to ask Shaun to come and pick it up. and to top of it all they made her pay the second order until postmates done receiving the this order. If I would have been there I wouldn't have paid them another $76.05 for the second time since it was their error. They didn't correct the 1st order nor the 2nd order.

I agree with Johnny Shouhed review. this restaurant processed our order wrong twice. First one was delivered by postmates and the 2nd one was picked up the store. We received all chicken and crispy shrimp. I cant eat chicken and the others doesnt like chicken that is why we didnt order chicken. I feel that the employees here arent attentive and doesnt take initiative to check their order prior to bagging them. In this case the employee read back the order and still got the order wrong. Then we had to pay twice for our order cause the first was supposed to be refunded within 3 to 4 business day. If i only have known... i have had 2 bad experiences from...

Located in the food court of the Westfield Mall I. FOX Hills, this is an ok choice if you are in the mood for some Hawaiian food that comes close to the real thing. The service is a bit on the slower side or I would give this place an additional star. The katsu is good as is the beef Teri and chicken Teri. The short ribs were a little tough. Mac salad is OK and the portions are about right for Hawaiian plates, meaning lots of carbs. :) There are plenty more choices in the food court and other restaurants along the perimeter of the mall that would probably be ahead of this place but if you are in the mood for some reminder of the islands, this is...
