I am normally a big fan of Olive Garden, but our dining experience at the Culver City location today was not very enjoyable. Yes it was a Saturday.....but it was 3:30p- not exactly during peak hours. The restaurant was packed & we soon realized that service would be impacted. We waited 15 minutes for anyone to even come to our table. Marco, our server, finally came to take our order. Marco was pleasant, but efficiency very impacted by the number of customers. Olive Garden currently has a great deal called 'Buy One Take One's ( see attached photo), which allows you to enjoy one entree in the restaurant and then take another entree home (already packaged and frozen). Towards the end of our meal, the manager Andre stopped by to ask us if everything was okay. My husband replied 'Well, you are very busy today'. His reply: " We are always busy".....hmmmm. Well at least he asked. Overall, this was the worst service I have ever experienced at an Olive Garden. I am still giving 4 Stars because it seemed like everyone was honestly doing the best they could. They just needed more help! And..... I love Olive Garden!

It's Olive Garden...if you expect a 5-star dining experience you are in for a major disappointment. The wait is a little long. They told us 15 mins, but it definitely felt longer... The boyfriend and I shared the lasagna fritta appetizer, we order our food...he had the steak and fettuccine, I had the tour of Italy (my go too) and we ordered a coke each...they gave me one with light ice and the other with no ice because our server said she ran out of ice (whatever that means). My boyfriend asked for medium well. The steak had the little steak indicating medium, but when he cut into it...it was well done... which ewww well done, and steak is not it. Then again, I know it's not known as a steak house. My food was good...for a chain, their chicken parm is pretty decent...the crunch and the seasoning are great! Needless to say, we left stuffed, and since it was my one meal of the day...it really did its job...would totally come back... Check it out!

Located inside Westfield Culver City (Fox Hills) Mall near Best Buy. We went to this location on a busy Friday night for my mother-in-law's birthday dinner. We got there around 7:30 pm and the wait time was 30 mins (not bad). We got a text right at the promised time and were seated. The restaurant is clean and organized. Food was cooked to perfection with that authentic Olive Garden taste. Service was great from every single staff member we encountered, all were friendly and courteous. Shout out to our server Stacy who was super attentive and helpful with the menu, she was amazing the entire time making sure my mother-in-law had a good birthday experience. The pace of service was perfect and very enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience at this location.

šŸ‘€( If you have a special NEED & Love Great service) 😦THIS is NOT the place for YOU 😦 šŸ‘Ž I was not satisfied with management overall at this location, especially tonight me and my wife and children was celebrating an early Father’s Day. Around 6 PM . We requested to be seated at a booth somewhere near the back area, where there was plenty of walking space. And where we could place my one and a half year old child who is in a special disability stroller. Which we had no problems ever before with previous management staff before tonight. The greeter or the host at the front said it would not be a problem to accommodate us, but later came back and told us that his manager would not allow us this request to be seated with our child stroller. We asked if we could speak with the front desk manager at the front door greeting area. She came over and told us that she could not accommodate us with this request. We replied and notified her that our Childs stroller was a special disabled cheer design for his disability. She still insisted on putting us at a table where there was very little space next to a second table less than a few feet apart from each other. We just try to not get upset so we could just enjoy our night. But that’s when the nightmare began šŸ™€our waitress started off, removing our tablet from the table as if she was being tipped off from front door management. This was clear retaliation for The complaint of not being accommodated for our child’s disability stroller . We could clearly see and sense that the waitress was not putting effort into serving us with quality service that we have been greeted and served with at this location with other waiters and waitresses. We were not asked if we would like more breadsticks or more soup or salad. When we did ask for these items she did not come back with the items instead , there was a manager coming to the table to ask if we had a problem with the soup. We politely said no there was no problem, which we had no idea of what she was sent over for to ask something like that. as if the waitress told her something to make it seem as if we were asking for too much or causing a problem .Even after the fact, the waitress never brought over more salad or soup we had to ask a second time before she brought anything else over. We also asked if we could have some to go boxes so we could take our Child’s food back home. The waitress replied yes, and later came back and skipped over our table, taking trays over to another table and asking if they had needed some to go trays to take back with them. we still did not get angry or upset, We politely asked her again if she could bring us some to go trays , this was the second time that we had to ask her . By this time, I just wanted to pay the Bill and get out of there then once again, realizing that the waitress on purposely remove the tablet off the table. We asked if she could bring the tablet back, so we could pay the bill. She was very hesitant to bring it back, maybe realizing that we were probably going to survey her and Olive Garden at this location for the horrible discrimination and bad behavior. For just trying to make our child more comfortable in a location where we never had this kind of problem before with special seating for our child needs. If this location is the representation of Olive Garden. Not respecting disability needs and bad service with...

We were a group of 13. We were told the wait would be an hour. It was dinner rush. However, thankfully, we only waited about fifteen minutes. We were seated, and it took about 10 minutes for the waitress to come over and take our drink orders. We ordered our drinks and waited about twenty minutes for those to show up. Our meals varied from lasagna, the chicken Alfredo, and the soup and salad. It took about 30 minutes for our food to show up, which is no big deal. It was dinner rush. However, when the food got there, no one had utensils to eat with. We asked our waitress for utensils. And she said he'd be right back with them. Five minutes passed, no utensils. I asked a bus boy for utensils. And he said he would be right back with them. Another five minutes passed. Frustrated, everybody was hungry, and our food was getting cold. I got up, and I walked over to the servers who were coming out of the serving station and asked for utensils. They asked how many I told them, and again, we waited. Our waitress was passing by, and she asked if we had gotten our utensils, and I said no. Someone else also from the table got up and asked for utensils. And again, we waited. Finally our utensils showed up, and our food was cold. The Caesar salad tasted off. Usually, I like Olive Garden's Caesar salads. But this had a peculiar flavor, somewhat rancid. I had gotten the Zuppa Toscano, which usually is amazing. It looked like it was an oily broth. I proceeded to eat it, thinking that I guess I make mine wrong. It tasted like oil and nothing else. Finally, the first of the bread basket showed up when everybody was about halfway through with their meals. Our waitress came by and asked if I would like more soup, I said yes. However, only if it was from a different batch, which she stated it probably would be since it is dinner time. The second bowl showed up, and it looked a little bit more creamy. However, it still tasted oily and had none of the rich home flavor that I am used to. All I could say is, is that I know my zoppa toscano tastes better than what I ate that night. Needless to say, I will...

Dear Olive Garden Team,

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the truly outstanding dining experience I recently had at your Olive Garden location in Westfield Mall Culver City. Everything from the service to the cleanliness of the restaurant, and of course, the delicious food, left a lasting positive impression on me.
