Finally a place I have been looking for and I was actually impressed to have Found it right in our own local town. I have always shopped at big area chains of jewelers in our area thinking that I would always be getting exactly what I wanted but Everytime when I would leave I never really felt that I was getting exactly what I truly sat out in my heart that I wanted in a piece of jewerly and then one day I was speaking with a friend and she had suggested for me to give Lances Jewerly a try and so I did and I was taken by surprise from the moment I walked into his store at just how friendly every one was and how polite and and courteous the staff was. And then I was introduced to Lance White himself, I had begun telling him my story of how I had been to area Jewelers and those. Big chains of jewelry stores and how they never to have been able to hit the mark with what I would describe to them from my heart that I wanted and upon talking with him I was blown away it just how much he actually really cared and he listened to me and my heart's desires in a piece of jewelry and when I was done he explained to me that he truly understood where I was coming from and he then asked me to give him a few moments and he would return, and when he did he brought with him few pieces of jewelry he wanted me to look at and upon bringing those few pieces of jewelry to my attention I was flabbergasted I never thought I would come across someone that was able to actually fulfill my desires in a piece of jewelry until I came into Lance's jewelry that day. The workmanship is exquisite and designs are unique. his dedication to making sure that it was exactly to my liking is what won me over I am Extremely happy with every purchase I have made so far, and every purchase that I plan on making in the future. So I have to say thank you Lance White and to the staff at Lances Jewelry for making my first experience within your jewelry store a very memorable experience and I know that everyone that walks through your door will get the same experience that I did. You truly are one of a kind and you can tell that you have a love for jewelry and a desire to see someone's dream come true through a piece of jewelry. Thank you from the...
Read moreMy wife and I dropped off her Tacori engagement ring to Lance's Jewelry to be resized. We felt comfortable doing so because we have had good prior experiences there. After a couple of weeks had passed we were informed the ring was ready. My wife stopped by to pick it up only to find that it had been melted near the side of the diamond. She was mortified that her ring that was dropped off in perfect condition was now crooked and missing filigree decorations. She let them know about it and they asked for a chance to fix it. She allowed them to do so. Unfortunately the repair attempt did not bring the ring back to it's original state.
We then took the ring to an authorized Tacori dealer for an estimate of repair. They sent the ring off to Tacori for review. We were told that the only way to fix it was for them to remold the ring. To do so they would make use of the material of the damaged ring. We shared the estimate with Lance. He asked for another opportunity to fix the ring as he had not been available himself in our previous visits. We agreed for him to make the attempt. After a couple of attempts it was clear to us and Lance that the repairs were not sufficient to return the ring to an original state.
We continued to work with Lance to have the ring fully repaired. It has taken some time for this to work out, but Lance continued to reassure us of his intention to make it right. In business mistakes are bound to happen, but it is how we make it right that matters most!
Now we are awaiting the remolded ring that is expected to be ready soon. This has been a journey, but Lance made this right for us and we are grateful!...
Read moreI also had a bad experience with a ring repair. They were to replace 1 small diamond in my late grandmothers' engagement ring. Charged me $500. I later realized the replacement stone was merely a round disk. It had zero depth to it. The diamond chip has now sunk down between the prongs that should be holding it. It seems that it also may not have been sufficiently wide to stay within the prongs. They had my ring for 1.5 years. Each time I called (2x), it wasn't ready yet. When it was finally "ready", the owner came out to handle the transaction (?) & remarked on how much the price of diamonds had gone up since the time I received my estimate and how fortunate it was that they had purchase the stone before the price increase. I've felt literally nauseated about how the ring appears now and how much I paid to get it that way. Something seems suspect about the...
