When I went to purchase a coffee maker marked for clearance, which is posted at 75% off throughout the store, when I went to check out, the sales rep indicated that it was Miss Mark and that electronics can only be discounted at 40%. I did purchase it not realizing that the difference in price was over $100 and called back to speak to the manager. The store was not busy although it took her close to 15 minutes to get back on the phone and indicate that they are super busy, it was empty while I was there. She also asked what the issue was which I would expect the rep who I purchased it from would have briefed her before that. I explained the situation and she insinuated that I purchased the item and that a return was not possible and that 75% on clearance was not indicated in the clearance section where the coffee maker sat however, everywhere there was clearance items in the store. It was marked 75% off and clearly indicated that without exception. She also hung up on me. I’m extremely disappointed. I personally would not go back into that store nor recommend that anyone go in there and if you do make sure that you know what you’re purchasing and that if there’s an issue, they’re unlikely...

Today at this store, I was looking for walnut cutting board when I found it, -the price was $499. With %40 off - I asked about the maintenance and how often should be done, I’m a German but not strong accent at all، salesperson was a guy , white , tall and very disrespectful and never listened to my questions and started to explain the difference between cheese board and cutting board and different discounts. I said, I see the discount price tag that was not my question. He’s behavior was very unprofessional and unacceptable. This store isn’t really that great of a deal. Everything is marked 30% off however most things on their website that are discounted carry the same markdown and you don’t have to go anywhere. I’m sure they are returnable too. I bought a set of knives from here. Ended up with the floor model because they were out of stock on the particular set. They gave me a small addition discount, which made it worth it vs the online shopping. It’s kinda shows discount shopping really isn’t discounted at all. Should have checked online first. Fool me...
