I had my tests done and two weeks later I go to get them and they have ordered plain glasses with no power. I told the lady there and she was trying to convince me that perhaps my eyesight has changed in the last two weeks os I should come for another test one week later. I asked her to just test the glasses and reorder if there was a mistake. But she refused. So one week later I go there and the doctor says that the software failed to copy over the correct power. No personal accountability for wasting my time. Then another two weeks to get the glasses.
The staff is very rude. They should really not be in any customer facing role - we ARE paying for the services, they are not free, so stop acting like you are doing out charity.
I have a double insurance situation and my insurance people said they will absolutely cover the excess from the other insurance (which I already paid out of pocket). I have been to so many healthcare establishments and done this many times and they can easily bill the other insurance and reimburse me. But the lady there just refused and said we won't do it. They are just lazy to do any work, make careless mistakes, and do such a slipshod work, and super rude on top of that.

Read moreMy whole family have been going to this optometry for years and this will be our last year. We made the appointments for the kids half a year ago. However, I was told on the appointment day that due to system upgrade our appointment got lost and the day was fully booked. The front desk was very rude telling me that this happened to a lot of customers and there is no apology at all. She offered a new time but it is during the school hour. I asked her to find another time slot but she only replied “Do you want to reschedule or not?”. Only after I insisted she offered a time slot outside of the school hours. We were not contacted during this 6 months period and it does not seem the business cares about the...
Read moreLong time like several years since last time at this shop, but Dr Koo even remembered that I have two sons. I was originally thinking I would need contact lenses because my eyes get tired of reading the text on computer monitors, but Dr Koo explained the options and differences and it was clear that his recommendation to get dedicated computer glasses with prescription would solve my issues. Excellent service! The front desk staff is very helpful and listen to my needs with frames and I was able to pick the perfect frames in few minutes. In overall I am very happy with...
