CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE AND AVOID THIS STORE BY ALL MEANS.
Unfortunately I have been left with no choice but to write this review about this business and how poorly they have treated me as a loyal customer who has purchased 2 Tempurpedic mattresses from them in the past.
This has been going on since December of 2024 and yet my issue has not been resolved after sending emails, making multiple visits to the store and even calling them over 100 times and being told the same story. After waiting 3 weeks for my mattress to arrive, it gets even better.
They delivered my mattress to home and damaged it by being poorly managed by their undertrained delivery drivers, dropping it on the floor and dragging it where I saw it get stuck under the truck where I had to join in and help. The mattress cover has been damaged dirty and marked. They also delivered my adjustable base ripped and damaged which i had to wait for them to send out a new one and replace it.
To be left with empty promises and lies, I was promised by Jacqueline and Chris the warehouse manager that this would be resolved as they refused to exchange my mattress for a new one but promised me multiple times over and over again that they would and have ordered me a new cover. Yet from December of 2024 and we are now in September 2025 nobody has made the effort to correct what they have damaged.
When i call the store they do not pick up, when I go in person its the same excuse. Nobody wants to take responsibility. Yet I am left disappointed and disgusted by the way I have been treated. For this reason I have no choice now to take matters in my own hands and hand it over to a consumer attorney where I am seeking legal action. I am also taking this on social media with the recordings and pictures of conversations and the damages that they have caused.
Jacqueline knows how to talk alot, but clearly doesn't care about her customers as shes got her commission out of the sale. I have given her and Chris enough time and chances to get this resolved. Yet they have been playing games with me, going round in circles over and over again.

Read moreI wrote a previous review on here and it was great at first. My wife and I needed a new mattress since she was pregnant. We decided to go to matress kingz since it was near our home. Alex helped us and at first everything was great. Except we were promised next day delivery.. Thats where it went downhill.. We went on a wednesday and Alex promised us itd be there the nexr day. I told him this was very important since we already got rid of our old one. He assured me this was going to be delivered. Thursday arrived and my mattress did not come. I called the store and they told me I had to call the warehouse, which i thought was weird they didnt do themselves. I called and spoke to the warehouse manager amd he said alex never scheduled the delivery. The warehouse manager apologozed and He said hed try his best to get it tonis friday if not MONDAY. long stort short my matress didnt get there until monday inhad to buy an air matress and have my pregnant wife sleep there. When they finally brought the matress on Monday it was the wrong one and they had to take it back and bring it again the next day. I immediately called Alex and he was annoued by me since I had been calling him since the thursday we did not recieve it. He basically said i should just go by the store to get a full refund. Thats a very unprofessional way to serve a customer especially when youre spending almost $2000 on a mattress. The leasing company is the one that reached out and helped out with the inconvenience..
Dont be fooled by the great reviews they make you write a review when youre infront of them. Do your reseaech and shop around. They are not that professional. They do have good prices but you can get great deals right across the street at mattreass firm. I wish i would jave jist gone there from...

The frame is not working. The bed on one side is going down a bit. Enough where it sinks if that’s the wording. I called Tempur-pedic and they said mattress king buys their stuff, but they have no warranty under my bed that I will have to go back to mattress king. I thought Mattress king sold me a Tempur-pedic frame, but come to find out to be false. The owner did call me back and he stated when I possibly bought my bed that mattress king did not own the company. It was another company. I even have the credit card I used.
