I WILL NOT STAND WITH HOMOPHOBIA AND ASSAULT AT THIS PLACE. Manager Kyara was very vague in responding to my complaint that one of my friends was in fact, emotionally, verbally, and almost physically assaulted by one of your EMPLOYEES which goes by the name of RICARDO. Again, this issue will be resolved with the termination of this employee because threatening, screaming, and absolutely disrespecting your customers is NO WAY to treat your customer base. I AM VERY ANGRY for the way management is treating this issue and for the response of this store. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
I am a long Pizza Hut customer and advocate of their good yummy food, but to handle such a crisis in this way is absolutely shocking. I WILL NOT STAND with this kind of behavior and corporate will be witness to my statement.
Because of the events of 3/25/2017, at 2:50 PM. This store will be getting a corporate complaint, a complaint in person, a request of termination for the employee, a poor review in all social media, and a complaint sent to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) for poor service practice.

Read moreI don't know about other day of the week, but if you want pizza on a Sunday night, do NOT order from here. Three weeks ago we ordered pizza. Took 45 minutes to get it... and by "it" I mean the wrong pizza. Took over an hour and a half for the right pizza to come. Then the driver lingered on his car trying to figure things out. I had to go out and explain to him what was going on. Still took him 10 minutes to understand it and give me the pizza. The first driver got a generous tip (over 20 percent.... way over that, actually; the second was going to get a regular tip until he didn't know what to do and hung on to our pizza on the parking lot an extra 10 minutes).
We Tonight, I've ordered a pizza at 9:08PM. Decided to take a chance and maybe that was an outlier. It is now 10:53PM. No pizza has arrived yet. Called 32 minutes ago to ask about it and was told it would be here in 20 minutes.... Which would've been 13 minutes ago.

The manager today is still refusing to give me a refund. I accidentally called the store instead of corporate and a female staff member lied to me and told me she was corporate, and lied and told me I ordered a long time ago.
