This is my favorite store! I suffer from disabilities that make normal stores hard to shop in but this place is calm, dimmer, and so nice. But then we met probably the worst employee I've ever met. They got a new employee recently with a line of tattoos down her arm and she was the absolute most horrendous experience I've ever had simply because it was unnecessary and so very rude, to put it nicely. There are more words I could obviously use but never have we had this kind of issue. We organize our boxes so that all of the bar codes are up and so everything is ready to go. She starts throwing our items out of their boxes and haphazardly disrespecting our purchases with needless aggression. I asked her why and she says "it's policy that we don't have to bag." UM. NOBODY ASKED YOU TO????????? All she had to do was scan like every other employee who has had zero problems. She made my blood boil with her disgusting attitude. You have a hiring sign up, no open positions available on the site, and you hire THIS? Just ONE employee made me never want to enter again because she was quick to make this into a confrontation. Every other employee we've met has been so kind and respectful to our purchases. Never once has an attitude made me so sick to my stomach and the way she acted happy with all the following customers WITHOUT THROWING THEIR ITEMS, I WILL ADD was so insulting! Either she needs a lesson in manners or the next time I see her and there's no improvement, I'm going directly to the manager because this woman clearly doesn't need the job enough. She cost 2 stars, if I see improvement, it will go back to 5. If I meet her again and she is the same, this will go to 1 star and you lose a weekly customer. It's not hard. It's up to that employee tho.

   Read moreWe have been a customer at this Aldi grocery store for 7 years now and we really appreciate the customer services that we have been experiencing in the past except for some small concerns like throwing your grocery in the cart because of workload or whatever reason. Once we asked them to do it slowly with care especially with fruits and vegetables, they comply and we really appreciate that. But recently last Saturday (09/14/2024 around 3-4 p.m.), a mistake happened when we checked out and I accidentally pressed the cash back button because I overlooked a piece of paper with no Cashback sign. The cashier called a person which I thought is the manager/supervisor?? (looks like a Latino) and he told me that there was a note that there was no Cash back. I apologize many times and asked him to cancel the cash back instead but he cannot do it. He then told me with all this customers around that I am the cause of the delay to serve others despite of me apologizing. I felt embarrassed as this kind of behavior of a manager/supervisor?? is not acceptable as far as customer service is concerned. I felt disappointed at this Aldi branch because of a new face coming and blemish the good reputation.    Read moreSo very very disappointed in this store. I have been shopping at this store since it opened and until today I have NEVER had a bad shopping experience. All of the employees has always been more than friendly and helpful, however, they now have a new lady that is checking out customers. As I stood in line, I watched and she never once said hello to anyone, when she did talk to the customer, it was short and unpleasant answers. She used a lot of gestures such as pointing, etc. Once I did get up to check out, I got the same cold treatment and it was very hard to contain myself. She cuts her eyes at you as if to say you are bothering her or you are stupid. Unfortunately, I will have to give this Aldi a rest for awhile and will take my grocery shopping elsewhere. I refuse to be treated like a second rate customer by someone who obviously don't enjoy their job and should NOT be working in a customer facing position.
