As soon as you walk in, it's the smell of char grill goodness. Fresh, clean and flame grilled. Not actually sure how it's cooked, but you can't really replicate that smell.

As for taste, we've gone twice and each time we've both gotten something different and loved it.

Me with a burger on each visit. It's that char grilled taste, toasted buns and caramelized onions... just YUM with both burgers!

Her, a chicken bowl the first visit and the chicken kebab on the second visit. It's rare for her to rave about a place and here, she keeps talking about what she's going to try next.

And the fries need something to be said about them as well. Fresh and Crispy! Such great, classic fries and I hope they keep the fresh, made to order. Had both Cajun and regular and both haven't disappointed.

I'm happy to say that with a fairly diverse menu, the freshly prepared flavor, friendly staff and clean dining area, will keep us coming back.

Only down side and something that now plagues every. single. place. almost every. single. time. and not totally the restaurants fault unless they don't say anything is, of course, without fail, someone sits down right next to us and starts playing videos on their phone, at volume and they see absolutely no issue with being such a rude $#@&$. This is really the #1 reason we don't dine out all that...

This is a solid lunch place and was happy to try something new in the Cypress area. We went on a Saturday at lunchtime and it was fairly busy but there were a couple tables available. Loved the atmosphere and the tropical mural on the wall was beautiful. There were several meat options and you could get a burger, bowl, plate and a variety of delicious sides. Next time I want to try the plantain side. I got the Vaca frita (fried beef), side salad and fried cheese which was a $1.49 upcharge but the cheese was so tasty and not your typical cheese sticks. The meat was ok, but I'll try something else next time. Also, go for the Cajun fries, they looked much better than the regular fries. They had a variety of sauces and not quite into the Pincho sauce, but the cilantro sauce and chipotle sauce were both good. The burger looked good and the bacon was the best part, tasted so good! They have a beverage bar with soda options or various fountain teas and lemonade but they didn't offer an unsweet tea which was a bummer. While we were sitting someone came around to clear our trays and make sure we were happy with our meals. All employees were friendly and welcoming however they were not all able to talk about the food and sauces with detail. They are not a cheap option but food was fresh and...

Let me preface that this review is about the service only, not the food. The food is fine, the service here is not so great, led by a GM with a terrible attitude. After waiting 14 minutes for a to-go order, I go and ask for my food and it’s been sitting on the to-go shelf for 10 minutes. No one called my name. I’m then gaslit by the cashier and the GM that they did call my name and I just didn’t hear it. I’m visibly upset and the manager is too prideful to admit there was any fault on her team’s end. I tell them I saw when they put the order on the shelf and know for a fact no name was called. The GM dismisses me and asks if I’d like my order remade. I politely decline. I ask for the number of the person above her bc the service is unacceptable. So I’m posting the number here for any future patrons bc I’m sure I won’t be the only person with a negative experience. I speak to the culinary manager and he ensures me he will take care of it. About 10 minutes later the cashier comes with a receipt saying my order was refunded and “sorry for the issue.” I know this is optics, but a little disappointing and further proving how prideful the GM was that she couldn’t come and apologize herself. This entire situation didn’t need to happen, just the result of 1 person’s...
