I first ordered through a delivery service. I wasn't impressed. But I mistakenly ordered from the wrong location in Cypress and sometimes online orders don't translate. I gave them another chance & went to this location closer to home. The cashier couldn't answer the 1 question I had. Okay, no problem she was new. She went to ask a kitchen person but I noticed he seemed to have an attitude talking to her for a simple question. She also seemed a bit uncomfortable but that's imo. After ordering, I remembered the pizza seemed dry or void of marinara on the pizza. I didn't want that same experience so started asking since it's not clear on the menu at all They give you 30 opinions of toppings but nothing about sause on the crust. I try to talk to the guy previously mentioned above. This time, he has the same annoyed attitude towards me for a simple question about sauce on a pizza. Another guy comes up and says yes, sauce goes on all pizzas. Okay, cool, no problem. I get the pizza, yes sauce on it but sauce put on the TOP of the pizza. WTH?
Ignoring the above. This place has excellent reviews, so I looked forward to it being great. But it was a big letdown for me. The crust tastes frozen or just something not special to me at all. The sauce was too sweet imo. Especially if they drench it on top. Cutting the pizza into squares doesn't help them. I prefer MOD in this area by far. Brothers and Tony's pizza, too, but they're a different concept so it's hard to compare pricing if you want many toppings.
My main recommendation is Luna Pizza in this category, but it's not in this area.
This place just missed totally for me. Service and taste. I'm glad you like it but I...
Read moreHorrible customer service experience on 07/30/25 @7pm. from the Manager. I called my order in on the phone and ordered my regular, he gives me the price and states it would be ready in about 15 min. I arrive a to to pay and my order was $3.00 more than what was told on the phone. So I asked why, he said his employee forgot to charge for one of the toppings. I explained that, that wasn't what I was told or expected. The manager told me I had no choice but to pay the price. I explained it was not my fault it was there's and I came prepared to pay the price I was told on the phone. I told him to just make me another pizza and he told me he ain't making nothing and that I can pay the price or leave, he's not wasting the pizza he already made. I told him if I leave then he's still wasting money on the pizza. He said no I will just give it to one of my employees. I told him, Sir your making all this over your mistake and some cheese, to customer that buys here all the time. Your willing to lose a customer over your mistake and cheese, im sure the owner would be very happy about how you handle this one. There's more to this but, I hope everyone reading this understands that this was very bad customer service and this manager needs to be removed from the store. He does NOT know how to handle situations professionally and retaining customers. Oh I asked him for his name and he would not give it to me and what corporate number is and he told me, there is no corporate.

Really love this place, but this is the second time we have ordered takeout and the pizza was undercooked, and I'm talking soggy RAW dough. I don't mind paying top dollar for pizza when it's cooked right, so please... PLEASE guys, don't start slippin. No excuse for raw OR overcooked dough, there is a happy place in the middle. You are literally the BEST pizza around, you totally destroy Mod Pizza in comparison - please keep that title! Please also consider removing the "add tip" function when customers are placing orders online for pick up or curbside. Gratuity is for delivery drivers, waiters and waitresses who provide additional service beyond just bringing or giving you the food a customer just paid for. Not even large grocery stores like HEB ask for tips for curbside. I'm using MY OWN TIME AND GAS to pickup my order. You are just handing someone their food... giving them what they paid for... We always tip very well, where and when it's appropriate. To ask for a tip just "because" is a new cultural ideology that does not understand what gratuity is actually for, is unprofessional and a major turn off. 3 stars today, I'll GLADLY change it to 5 stars next time I order and our pizza...
