✨ Moon Milk = Pure Bliss Let’s start with the star of the show: Moon Milk. It’s their signature sweet cream blend, and honestly, it’s absolutely to die for. Velvety, rich, and just the right amount of indulgent—it transforms any drink into a cozy hug in a cup.

☕ Summer Moon Latte: My Ride-or-Die My personal favorite is the Summer Moon Latte. It’s the perfect balance of espresso and Moon Milk, served hot or iced depending on your vibe. It’s the kind of drink that makes you close your eyes after the first sip and just feel the moment.

🥐 Pastries: Meh, but Fine The pastry selection is… okay. Nothing groundbreaking, but it gets the job done if you need a quick bite. You’re definitely coming here for the drinks, not the baked goods.

😊 Customer Service & Atmosphere The staff are consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Whether you’re catching up with a friend or diving into deep work mode, the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. Plenty of seating, good lighting, and just enough background buzz to keep you focused without distraction.

I lived in Austin for 3 years up until beginning of last year and would go to the original Summer Moon on 1st St. at least 3 times a week. I loved the hospitality and what Summer Moon stands for in general. When I moved to Cypress last year, we had to make the drive to Katy for Summer Moon, which meant less trips. So, imagine how excited I was when I heard of this location opening up only 6 minutes from my house. We went there for grand opening, but didn't want to wait in the dreary rain at 7am (the grand opening event was packed), so we went through the drive-thru. Coffee was good as always.

My go-to is the 3/4 wintermoon, but I do like my drinks more on the sweeter side. Someone else said in their review that it's like cake in a cup after mentioning how sweet it was for them. Just a heads up - you can always get a 1/4, 1/2, or 3/4 wintermoon/summermoon, which does reduce the sweetness level. What makes this coffee shop unique is the way their coffee is roasted combined with their delicious moon milk that no one seems to know how to replicate. That stuff is magic. There is just no other coffee shop like it. I'm just bummed that I got there too late for grand opening and didn't get my free goodies or a chance at that raffle lol. All of the little touches are here, the space is beautiful and I was excited upon walking in. I was greeted and was able to order quickly. My tea would’ve been difficult to mess up, all was well.

Now for the reason behind my low rating. The workers are nice, but distracting and obnoxious. Workers who were off shift (or at least I hope they were) leaned against the pickup counter talking very loudly for the majority of my time there. One of the girls even began to dance and put her foot on the ledge, gross.

Despite having my noise canceling headphones in I can fill you in on all the details of their conversation, ranging from topics of how much they get paid, other workers being fired, and the types of customers they like the most, and of course the ones they like the least.

I believe a workplace should have healthy banter, we are all human and friendly discourse is encouraged! But this was not appropriate. I will never come back here again, I was very distracted by their dancing and loud conversations. I hated that they all hung around the pickup counter like a pack of fruit flies.
