Cypress Park & Ride — Local services in Cypress

This place is underrated. Public transportation is the answer to traffic, and he'll do we have a lot of it. I wish we had more buses in the cypress area. I know owning a car is a right of passage and all, but I love buses and trains. They have outlets behind some of the seats and the ride is generally peaceful. Takes you downtown in the same amount of time if you took the HOV, but you don't have to worry about parking or whatever. There are discounts for students (you just need a student ID tbh they don't actually check it) $2.25 for students. I recommend getting the metro app, it'll help you know where to connect and tell you about bus times...

The newly installed speed bumps at all entrances and exits are a terrible idea. They are damaging the undercarriage of my car and will become costly if not removed or replaced with hard rubber speed bumps. This is frustrating because I’ve been parking there for 9 years since I moved to Cypress.

Very convenient location for access to the Metro transportation system. A few times I had to use this service and it was very easy and at least for me, very direct to my work. Sometimes it is nice to relax in a very comfortable seat and not stress out the gridlock. However, the cost of $9 day minimum precludes the cost effectiveness for consumers.
