I would actually give it one star if it wasn't for the bus drivers themselves because they are almost all polite professionals. Some of the supervisory staff in the morning is less than polite. The place is filthy, and there are abandoned cars that have been there for months without being tagged or towed. There is no monitoring of handicap parking spots, as you can see almost every morning that there are people parked there in designated spots without plates or visible hang tags.
