RECENTLY THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT

I loved coming to Dutch Brothers when the store was ran by the blonde manager with the tattoos. She ran things very smoothly and in an orderly fashion. Unfortunately, she recently either passed away or is on a very long vacation but since she has been absent, I have noticed a rapid decline in their so called "values" of speed, quality and service. I recently came by and the new "manager" was very handsy with me and my drink. His dirty palms were all over the mouth of the lid and I was appalled by his lack of respect for my safety and health. I suffer from Vasculitis which can cause me to get very sick from pathogens that are spread through careless behavior. The utter disrespect displayed from this boy (I recall his name either being Brendon or Brennon) was a disgrace to the Dutch Brother name. Call him what you want, it doesn't take away from the fact that even the manager doesn't know how to properly understand or follow the basic guidelines of ServSafe. Even after I confronted him, he rolled his eyes and was talking about me and our interaction in an extremely degrading manner to his fellow Dutch Brothers. It was wildly immature and unprofessional causing me to lose any ounce of respect I had left for this establishment and particular location. I don't know if the other manager is ever coming back but until something changes, I wont be returning and will do everything in my power to prevent other people from experiencing...

My previous review was very positive and reflected well at the time I posted it; however, in recent months, this Dutch Bros location has gone downhill quite rapidly. I am very lactose intolerant, and I always get some sort of oatmilk mocha. Over the past few months, the drinks I've been receiving have been different colors, different tastes, and sometimes are even made with regular milk even when I ask for oatmilk. I'm getting really tired of having to gamble with this location on whether I'm going to get what I asked for, or I get explosive diarrhea and intense intestinal pain. This location is so infuriatingly inconsistent that I may stop coming here in the future. I LOVE this place! It is my all time favorite coffee shop. They have a huge selection to choose from, reasonable prices and their cups are BIG. Their medium iced coffee is literally the size of Starbucks venti (large). And their large is 32 ounces! You get way more bang for your buck. AND the quality is there. The flavors are spot on! They also have an app. You get points everytime you visit that goes towards free drinks. I highly recommend this place. Just take a look at their menu yourself. It's huge!
