Fossil Outlet Store — Local services in Cypress

This is going to be a long review, but I believe it’s worth sharing. It’s taken me a while to write this, but I can’t thank Yair enough for helping me the day I walked in to purchase a watch for my late grandfather’s passing. To say my grandfather loved Fossil watches is an understatement. He always referred to them as flashy and one of a kind. Knowing his love for Fossil, I wanted to buy him the last watch I’d ever be able to give him. This would be the watch he’d be laid to rest with.

Because there was such a tight turnaround on when the services were going to be, I couldn’t order online. I had to go in person, which I was nervous to do because it was so recent, but I had to find the courage to do it. So when I walked into the store and Yair asked me if I needed any help...I instantly thought to myself, “Oh man, how do I explain myself without bursting into tears?” I tried to hold myself together as I explained myself while we walked around the store looking at all the watches. Yair was very patient and understanding and reassured me to take all the time I needed. He asked me what type of styles and colors my grandfather liked etc. Once I finally picked the perfect watch, Yair said he wanted to try and give me the best possible deal, so he mentioned there was a recent coupon that was sent out via email a few days prior and asked if I had received it and I told him I wasn’t sure, but to let me check my email. My service wasn’t loading (thanks AT&T) and I told him my inbox wasn’t loading so I didn’t have the coupon available. He then without hesitation said, “Is it your Internet? let me turn on my hotspot.” I couldn’t believe it. He turned on his hotspot, the email loaded, and he wrote down the coupon code and applied it at checkout. I couldn’t help but start crying again because 1. I was overwhelmed with emotion 2. I felt really lucky to have this type of experience. I don’t think anyone would go the extra step to do something like that. We then walked over to what I anticipated would be the hardest part- the engraving. I went with “Hasta La Cima Del Cielo” which translates to “Until The Top of The Sky”. As Yair worked on the engraving, he mentioned that this was the first time he had ever done something like this for someone and said that he was happy he could help me and my family in this way. The customer service Yair provided that day is something I’ve yet to forget. Yair, I can’t thank you enough. You made what I thought would be a sorrowful experience into such an unbelievably positive and unforgettable one. I usually don't shop at Fossil, but I passed by the other day to get a gift for my father's birthday. This store was amazing and had an excellent customer service. I had several problems with the two watches that I purchased the day before, so I ended up dealing with a manager for unable to return. There was a nice, guy manager who has been working there for three years as he mentioned. He was very nice and willing to achieve customer satisfaction. Furthermore, I returned yesterday to get a wallet and another watch. Fortunately, I had David O. who was super sweet and friendly as he helped me out with the two purchases. I could see that he was trying to make me feel satisfied as a customer because I mentioned to him about how my father came to the store to get his watch engraved and experienced some struggles. These two workers were more than anyone could have asked for as they both tried to get their job done in a correct way by having an outstanding customer service. I would absolutely recommend to others about the store and these two...

Ask for Romero. Have been shopping at this Fossil outlet store for a very long time. My husband and I got matching Fossil watches at the store for our anniversary. I took very good care of the watch and wore it for special occasions. Unfortunately, mine stopped working, I took it to the store after a year to see if the battery was dead. But the problem was with the watch itself. Romero was kind enough to swap out the watch for me. Went to the store again this weekend to buy my daughter a watch for her milestone birthday. Romero was very patient with her and helped her find the right watch. The cherry on top of the cake was when he suggested that he engrave the watch for free. We were over the moon.
