I met Immanuel the day b4 st Patrick's day and the day of. He was so helpful was genuinely helpful and seemed to love his job. I came in day 2 with my double stroller and typically if my husband isn't out with me shopping ppl follow you around like you intentionally have this giant stroller to shoplift. Which I find absurd but it's the reality in most stores. I get the eye and the overly helpful staff helping me just to ensure none of their merchandise is slipped into my already occupied stroller. I was content with the products available. I was severely disappointed in the service. For checkout, there is absolutely no sign or stanchions to indicate where the line begins... In fact there are a LOT of “entrances” to the line. it is beyond confusing, and so when you think you’re in the line, and a checkout cashier literally rudely yells at you, and points to the side and tells you “you’re skipping the line”, one will get frustrated. When there is something that is not obvious or is confusing in any way, the cashiers need to learn a little something about customer service. Extremely poor customer service from stand in store manager Cynthia C. I bought some clothing items a couple days ago for my kid and they took off the tags before trying them on. Realized they are too big and they no longer wanted so I brought them back into the store to return. The store cashier called the stand in mgr Cynthia to assist and she refused to process my return even those I still had the tags on those clothing items just not attached to them .
