Subway — Restaurant in Texas

Shouldn't even have 1 star. I honestly have to say this is my 2nd complaint but my first time actually pursuing a complaint in regards to the same employee Raquel.

During my visit, Another customer and I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes, before a worker even realized there were customers waiting in the store, she came from the back saying "I thought I heard someone" Then Raquel later came out and asked me what I would like to order. I had ordered my 2 children a 6 inch in addition to a American BLT footlong, Raquel stated there was no bacon. Okay, fine so I asked could I not be charged full price due to the lack of product? She responded No, but you can substitute it. In response I said great, may I have chicken please? She said no, but I could have ham or Turkey-I declined. Keep in mind the sandwich comes with ham and/or Turkey. So I then asked what is the price for the Turkey sandwich? Raquel responds with an attitude "it's up there" looking back at the menu. I explained to her my vision is not good, so what is the price? She finally answered. I then asked her, what is your name? she responds "it's on my hat" (again my vision is not clear) I told Raquel I prefer to pay for the Turkey sandwich rather than pay for a BLT that has no bacon. Raquel continued to talk back and forth with me i.e "you can just come back tomorrow" very snooty and combative. I told her "no, I'm here now" she responded, "she'll make your sandwich" (referring to the other employee, who was still assisting the customer in front of me) as a single mother getting off work at 8/9 at night and trying to rush home to get my kids dinner, the LAST thing I want to deal with is a rude, ignorant Subway employee who has NO respect for customers. Who trained this girl?!? Is this what Subway represents?

In addition after the other employee completed my order as I walked out she yelled, drive safe, sarcastically in response I said I will, and you will be hearing from me, she continues to go back and say, "I'll be here" in some situations those words seem like challenging/...

I come to this subway every week to pick up a few sandwiches for me as well my wife. My you EVERY single visit I have here. I think to my self this is one of the better subways. Food is always fresh, staff is always nice.... except for last night.. one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a subway. The trans person who was working there by him/her self. Was rude as all could be. Full extraction with this person was me talking, and them just staring at me. I asked do you guys still have any meat balls left. This was answered by a roll of the eyes, and a quick flip of the meat ball lid to show that there was some in there. I told them what cheese i wanted, and then when I asked for it toasted. The person literally through my order into the little oven... causing my meat balls to come off the sandwich. Just made a mess to be honest. What really made me upset was when the person he/she gave serious attitude towards my wife. This time the person spoke. When my wife had completed her order. She simple asked if they had vinegar. The person honestly said "use your eyes" then lifted up the vinegar and slamming it back down. All, and all subway should be ashamed of hiring a person like this. I fully believe they are struggling with some at home issues, and probably should just be left at home. Cause for now on I will be looking for reasons to call the health department on this one subway. If I ran my business like this subway was ran last night. I'd no longer have a business to...

I would give this location 0 stars but unfortunately I can’t. They never have anything. Usually only plain chips, no toys for the kids meals, kids can only get certain things in their kids meals unlike other locations. I mean I’ll pay the up charge is needed but have something for them to choose from. This last visit my husband went there despite me tell him not to go to that location and I got a steak and cheese sandwich with raw vegetables even though I asked for them to be placed in the toaster. On top of that i got one scoop of meat like I would get on a slider. I would’ve simply paid you $1.89 for the slider or let you keep that sorry excuse for a sandwich. Needless to say he’s now in agreement that he won’t go back to that location ever again in life. Oh I also filed a complaint online on the...
