They held me accountable throughout the process, offered advice and were my biggest cheerleader along the way. I’ve learned so much from her because she always has a knowledgeable, scientific-based explanation in answer to all my questions about diet and exercise. She uses analogies that provide clear understanding. I’ve truly appreciated that she is ALWAYS available to answer questions, meaning while I’m at restaurant I can send her question, or send her pics of food labels for guidance, and she’ll respond.
Throughout this process, I’ve found Sarah to be both patient and encouraging. She always pushes for her client to be their best; and her physique is certainly additional incentive and inspiration—absolutely incredible!
