I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided. The company uses third-party services, and the bouquet I ordered was vastly different from the photo and description on the website. The flowers were of such poor quality that my wife refused to accept the delivery, knowing they were not what I would have chosen. She immediately informed me of the issue and returned the bouquet to the delivery driver. It was then disclosed that the flowers originated from a grocery store florist. The customer service that the D Gift Shop offers is absolutely amazing!! We had a horrible experience with another shop in Dallas. We came across the D Gift Shop. I called them today. They had a perfect gift basket. Balloon. And stuffed animal delivered to the little guy we were sending it to the same day. I have a friend that is in the hospital that lost her new born baby. I called gift shop to find out about how their gifting delivery process work since I am not able to go to hospital. I spoke with Alex and he was more than helpful. He listened to what I was wanting to accomplish and made some very good suggestions.
