I loved this place and I have always been nice and understanding when they get crazy busy for lunch and take a long time. Today however, I was treated with extreme rudeness from the main check-out person (who apparently is the owner) that consisted of him raising his voice at me (in front of everyone) for a reason that was completely their fault. I was so shocked and didn't understand why I was being yelled at. I just paid for my food and left. I'll never come back here!
Update: The issue I experienced here resulted in my card being charged three separate times for the same purchase. I called to see if they could refund the duplicate charges. Again, the owner demonstrated aggressive behavior claiming the charges were only pending, and he wouldn't do anything until I had a physical credit card statement to show him (which my statement doesn't close for another three weeks). The charges had all posted...nothing was pending! I ended up calling Chase to dispute the charges, and thankfully they were able to refund the money.
In awe of the unprofessionalism here! It's ridiculous that this place couldn't fix what was clearly a mistake on their part to the point that I had to get my...
Read moreI went here just over two months ago with a friend upon leaving a dental appointment, and Lots-a-Pasta didn't, in any way, disappoint me!
Despite its name, I didn't try any of the Italian dishes on my July visit (although I'd love to do so next time I'm here). I decided to order the quesadilla with gyros meat, rice, and refried beans. The service was wonderful, too.
The portion size was about what I was expecting it to be, prices aside, but it was a generous one for an $8–9 meal and was delicious. For the restaurant it is, I wasn't expecting such an expansive menu, and its options span many more cuisines than you might initially expect considering its name.
If you happen to be at MCD and can access the Buildings B & C atrium, I recommend checking out Lots-a-Pasta if you want an affordable meal. I'm eager to see how many of the...
Read moreOh the owner was super sweet. As i made it one minute after closing, he decided to open the door for me. I was running from building C to building A, not knowing where i was going as it was my first time visiting MCD. Though i will say the other lady wasn’t being too nice as she was huffing and puffing because i came late. She was the one who initially didn’t want to open the door. But, i have to give it to the owner. He went above and beyond and offered me anything. More for the business though. If i was near the area i’d go...
