I googled "Soup Near Me" in hopes of finding a restaurant with amazing soup. Simple enough, right? This place popped up and their menu looked amazing. I drove around looking for it and ended up at a hospital. I was sure I had the wrong location and tried to call. No answer. I was still willing to go in but wanted to be sure that I was in the right part of the hospital. I even tweeted about my issue and the company wrote me back and asked me to DM them for assistance. I did and told them that i called TWO locations and neither answered. I even drove to the other location, also inside a hospital, and was told by people outside that the restaurant was closed for construction! Au Bon Pain did reply back to me via DM and simply said "We're so sorry you had that experience with us! Read morePlace is garbage. I showed up 20 minutes before their 7 pm close time. (Odd closing time btw) Waiting in line for a few minutes for the guy to tell me the ovens turn off “automatically” at 6:50, 10 minutes before close.
I then asked if I could get a coffee and he said those coffee brewers “automatically” turn off at 6:50.
