If there was an option to give ZERO Stars, this would be my absolute first Option!!! Dallas Oregon Subway is an absolute atrocity for a fast-food restaurant, claiming to be the only fast food resturant in Dallas open 24 hours a day, they constantly are not attentive to their employees who don't seem to do their job at night, let alone their customers, they do not use their drive-thru, and when they do, it takes 20 minutes to get a sandwich, or you're sitting there for a Half Hour trying to see if someone will come take your Order.. As the Drive Thru is the only way you can get food, since the Lobby is closed.. it started at 12:30 p.m. when I went to order a sandwich, the drive-thru employee was sitting watching his phone oh, and goofing off, we called the restaurant multiple times, we also showed up as we don't live very far, a few times with no luck. Their nighttime employee constantly ignores customers, and after three hours of calling, we finally got a reply at 2:33 am, and I explained my frustration. His responce FLABBERGASTED me! He called me a liar, and told me he didn't know about that but all of assuden was able to take our order after 3 hours of trying to get my mother a sandwich after getting out of the ER, after a week. And when we managed to get our food, he apologized halfheartedly and said he had been smoking pot, and yes, it reeked of weed in there!! Read moreI ordered from the Dallas Oregon Subway store using Subway app on my phone. Chose 4:30pm as a pickup time to allow some shopping at the local Safeway before picking up sandwiches. I let the staff know I arrived early for my pickup so no big deal for me to wait. One very rude and disrespectful staffer was saying very unflattering things about the previous customers before me, while I was waiting. She then copped an attitude with me when she couldn't find my order under my last name. I had the app pulled up that showed they were making the sandwiches in the progression tracker which also had the order number. By that time I was the only person in the store and nobody was in drive-up either. Had I not already paid in the app, I would have left due to this woman's behavior. I didn't spend $50 to come to a place and get berated by a rude/disrespectful worker because of faults with their companies app interface or her lack of understanding how it functions. If I could give the Dallas Oregon Subway a negative score I would....... I'll be driving over to the next town for Subway until she no longer works here if I buy Subway at all now. Read moreI used to love going to this subway. The drive thru has always been so convenient. But the last 3 times I have went, it has not been pleasant at all. The first bad experience, I went inside, used the restroom, nobody greeted me. Went to order and nobody had acknowledged me still. I stood there, mind you I was the only one inside and there were 5 workers, for about 2 minutes and nothing. So I left and went elsewhere. The next time they just completely messed up the order, which is understandable, it happens. But then the most recent and last time, because I won’t be coming back to this location, our drive thru order took about 25 minutes I order and get it. The order taker repeated the order back and it was all correct. We get to the window, asked for the receipt, didn’t get it. And started to drive off realizing we didn’t get our drink. Went inside to ask if I could get it, assuming I paid since the order taker read it back to us. Got told I had to pay because we didn’t order it. So left and will not be coming back.
