If You Are A Customer They Are Great. We Would Recommend.. BUT If You Are A Business (DEALERSHIP) Then, We Suggest You Send Your Customer Elsewhere. The Attitude Is Different Towards Us. As A Business, Assets Have To Be Taken Care Of. So Verification Calls Are Necessary And Made. At Least Once A Month, Because Even If A Policy Is A 6 Or 12 Month Term, When A Monthly Payment Isn't Made The Policy Cancels. Leaving Our Assets Without Protection. With This Agency, We Call One Month And Everything Is Fine. Then We Call The Next Month And They Can't Verify Because "WE ARE NOT LISTED AS LIENHOLDER" We Bother The Mutual Customer To Add Us, Get Them Upset Because They Say They've Done That Already Since Last Time Situation Happened. We Call For Four(4) Days In A Row Without An Answer.. Finally, Final Day They Answer We State We Would Like To Verify A Policy Is Still In Force. We End up Getting An Agent With Attitude Saying "THIS IS A 6 MONTH POLICY. YOU GUYS ARE ALWAYS CALLING" "SOMEONE ALREADY CHECKED ON THIS ONE". We Had To Let Her Know There Is ONLY One (1) Person That Verifies policies And Last Time Call Was Made Verification Was Not Done Due To Lienholder Not Listed The Agent Then Interrupts Mid Sentence Of Explanation And Askes "WHAT'S THE NAME" '"WHAT IS THE CUSTOMERS NAME". In Our Opinion That Is Not Professional. We Understand We Are Not Direct Customers. So Customer Service Towards Us Is Less Important. But They Are Still An Agency Representing A Big Business (State Farm). They Should At Least Be A Little More Representable. It was a painful loss, but fortunately we had the jewelry listed on our State Farm personal articles policy. Right after reporting the loss to our local police department, we called Danny Venz, our State Farm agent. Danny put us on the line with a State Farm claims agent to report the loss. Danny told the claims agent to take good care of us. After several follow up telephone calls with State Farm's claims personnel we had a check for the listed amount of our missing jewelry plus a small inflation amount within 10 days of our initial claim conversation.
