First I want to say Erica was very nice. However, this establishment is VERY unorganized! Per Erica, my bed was ordered on Monday and was to be delivered on Friday. I waited all day Thursday to be given an estimated delivery time. I was the one who had to call to get an update! I spoke with Alex, who is supposed to be a store manager, who seemed to be fumbling around when I inquired about my order. He told me my order will be delivered Friday between 12-6pm. He then called back and said they ordered the wrong size bed and it won't be until sometime the next week I will receive my bed. I was flabbergasted because when was I going to know!? Today is Monday and I spoke with Alex again. I asked when was my bed going to be delivered and picked up from warehouse. He stated that he did not know when it was going to be picked up from the warehouse and was not sure when it will be delivered. He then told me that Erica ordered the wrong bed, but I heard otherwise on his end. I told him I needed my bed and he was VERY VERY rude. He kept telling me that he can just cancel the order. I'm assuming he was upset and hung up in my face. I called back to address him hanging up in my face, he told me it was nothing else to talk about. Here's why:
You need to support your small businesses. Period. He will make sure to have your business and cherish it. I will explain. He has some of the most shiny, elegant, and visually pleasing furniture.
My fiance did all the digging for some great furniture that suits her taste. She found this place on instagram. I had low expectations, to say the least.
But when I felt the quality and saw the prices, I figured it wasn't too bad. We were allowed to roam around and look.
Cash money is not a problem here, they have 2 financial institutions that you can choose from depending on your credit score status.
They can be pricy, which is expected for furniture, but he will make you feel accomplished walking out the door because not only did he help me get what I wanted for a reasonable price I wanted, he also had our furniture delivered and installed the next day.
No more than an hour and a half and we had everything completed.

I would follow up with the sells person & manager when they told me too, still didn’t get it in yet. I do understand the pandemic of Covid-19 has slowed down businesses however, I didn’t understand for over 6 months me following up and didn’t get any answer over the phone or reply back in IG DM. At this point, I feel like this is bad customer service. I spoke with the manager a week ago finally, and agreed to get the color I originally didn’t want. He told me he would call me to setup the order and again, no call or text. I reached out and no answer.
