Whataburger — Restaurant in Dallas

This whataburger gets the order wrong every time without fail. I usually avoid this location but its the closest one to my house. Today I literally sat in the drive thru for 34 minutes. Lady at the window told me to pull forward and wait.. I did and sat there for a good minute and noticed the two cars behind me get their food before me. Not one of the staff had even acknowledged that I was still sitting there waiting for my order. I asked the next person that came out and asked what the hold up on my order was. She asked for my receipt and then went back inside. Another 10 minutes and still no answer or a “it will be out soon” I had to flag down another person to ask when my order would be ready. She told me they gave my food to the car behind me by mistake and asked if I wanted any dessert or apple pie while I wait and went back in and finally after a few minutes my food came out. I wanted to get out of there so I left without checking to see if the order was right and silly me I got all the way home and no fries. Seems like mo big deal but after waiting 34 minutes I would think at least the order would be right? WRONG.

I just wanted dinner for me and my mom and fiance. Silly of me to choose THIS...

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at any place Whataburger location.. I’m not one to complain about this type of things but this one is unacceptable.

Ordered large meals; 2 number4 burgers, large fry large drinks.

When placing the order the cashiers kept changing the drink order, which ultimately we got the right drinks but the drink size was incorrect.. (sure not a big deal)

After we placed the order, it took them almost 15 minutes to have the food ready.. (okay a little frustrating)

We get the food and we can tell the food is cold.. I opened the burgers and one of the burgers is literally only lettuce onions and jalapeños, NO MEAT, as in no patty no cheese.. (I’m pissed at this point)

The other burger is correct but it’s cold. Were we given premade burgers? Have they been sitting there already for a while??

Fries are stale. No flavor at all.

I’m disappointed frustrated and angry. I honestly wasted my time and my money coming here... money when into the trash..

We ended going somewhere else and buying...

One of the few fast food places that has afterhours dine in. I go here alot for this reason. I like my food warm to hot when I get it so drive thru is out. As soon as I'm ordering I tell them before they ask that this is dine in and not to go. The guy then asks if this is to go or for here and proceeds to take my order then asks if this is for here or to go a second time. After establishing that I'm going to dine in they prepare my excellent grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and pickles added that would make Chick-fil-A jealous. It took about 10 minutes for my sandwich to be prepared but we're dealing with chicken and takes slightly longer to make for safety reasons and is understandable. Once they got my order ready they called so I can go pick it up which was strange because they usually just bring it out to you and find you because of the small tent with a number.
