Called to inquire about walk-ins and availability for this evening. I am not stupid I understood that the likelihood of availability would be slim. The woman whom answered the phone did not give her name. When asked about walk-in acceptance she sighed then started to say "Nnn" and paused then said "yes we do!" I asked what time they closed as they do not have a website listed with hours of operation on the google search and she said "6:30" I asked if there was an availability for walk-in trim only no blow dry no Stayce now as I am literally a 6 minute walk away. NOTE: the time of the call was at 5:45 they close at 6:30. She sighed again and very rudely said "NO! She already has 3 people waiting!" The only statement she made, there was no further "would you be interested in setting an appointment for another day or we have availability this date at this time" just "NO! She already has three people waiting!"

Point of review!

1st: Train your staff to be more courteous on the phone as this is the first impression your business has when calling from a google search.

2nd: Assign someone else to answer the phone who doesn't seem irritated that the phone even rang and interrupted their day.

3rd: If the policy is to allow walk-ins then A) set a cutoff time for walk-ins to be accepted B) When walk-in policy is inquired on inform potential client that yes we do accept walk-ins however the cut off time for accepting walk-ins is this time C) When not accepting any further walk-ins due to "she" meaning one person having a line don't tell your potential client that they would be an inconvenience.

4th: establish a website so that people don't have to bother the rude receptionist with questions about...

Good service. Can get very busy in the afternoon, the ladies are usually always up and down, hardly have time to sit and eat lunch so it's best to make an appointment ahead of time. Bring a picture of the style you want, it's easier to explain to them what you want, the owner will assume you want the latest trend and may not be what you are looking for. But they always give you their best💪, even snacks if your waiting in line. Good place, reasonable prices, be prepared to explain...
