Uptown Eats — Restaurant in Dallas

So I've been coming here for a hot min now and never once was I disappointed by service provided and the plates served. I can look over pass everything if quality is there and there it consistently provided. Although the facility look like a DMV converted to a kitchen. Atmosphere is littered with garbage from the neighborhood wonderers. Their products and effort sorts sprinkle a little bit of facade onto the area. Almost a soup kitchen vibe, But the facility housed multiple kitchens /restaurants operating as their own entity it seem. onet new up and coming restaurant is EatThai, where the food has brought me back some nostalgia, I don't know how to owner or whoever runs the operation treats you guys and girls but each restaurant I have had were never a disappoint and I appreciate the effort all for running the facility. to the chef who operates EatThai that asked me for my critique.. sorry for the delay but you need not worry about your skills. I wish there was a way to contact Uptown Eats directly, but I tried every link on the website with no luck except for instructions on how to complain, LOL. So anyway - I wanted to say a huge thank you to the two women who were working at the front today as well as to the Oh My Tikka kitchen.

It was my first time ordering from here, and as I live really close by I decided to do pickup and walk over. My order ended up being taken by a different person/driver before I arrived (they thought maybe the app had directed someone to deliver to me, but when I got home I saw it was never delivered to my apartment).

It's the sort of frustrating thing that would have soured me from ordering from here again - but they saved the day. They had the restaurant remake the order since I had walked all the way over, and were very kind about the whole thing. Excellent customer service. I look forward to using Uptown Eats again...

Once I received my order and opened it, I saw that the UberEats driver that picked up my food delivered someone else’s order to me. I called the number for the kitchen and spoke to Meagan and informed her of the error in which she told me she would inform the person that their order was delivered on error and that they would be given the incorrect order. I have spoken to Meagan on a couple of occasions and each time she is professional, patient and always ready to provide a solution. I decided to go pick up the replacement order and Dreco helped sort everything out. Meagan also was kind enough to call me back to ensure I was able to pick up my corrected order.
