Park Fountains at Preston Hollow — Local services in Dallas

I've lived here now for about six weeks. This place is immaculate.

Maintenance is responsive and very friendly -- I spent a few days after moving in trying to fix my AC (so my bedroom would be the coolest part of the apartment, since I like to sleep in an icy dungeon) and they were super kind to come out every few days with their super tall ladder to adjust the vents.

Everyone in the leasing office has been helpful. The manager even gave me her cell number to text any time about questions or issues.

Location is nice, parking is great, the gym room is small but perfectly maintained. It's quiet here, despite being right on 75. Sound proofing is legit. There's construction on all sides and I cannot hear any of it -- ever. I love walking to Trader Joe's and being able to hop onto the highway to get around town easily.

So sad to have moved out of these apartments. I lived here for the last 5 years and loved it. With only 30ish units you get to know everyone. Being a single female I love how it is built like a fort and always have felt safe. Each unit is huge and gets tons of natural sunlight. It’s apartment living so of course on occasion you will hear your neighbors walking. In the 5 years I lived here I never had one major issue with my unit. One thing I will say that another resident pointed out to me is that the AC units are awesome. Now that I have moved to my new place I definitely miss that ac unit! Juan in maintenance is so kind and quick to fix any issues. Monse with management is ALWAYS on top of any issues and works quickly to resolve them. My family and I have lived in the complex for 4 years. It is the absolute best and the most family oriented complex I have lived in. From the first day I walked in and met the leasing manager Monse she has always had a smile on her face and such a beautiful spirit. My life here has been a journey because I've meet so many great residents and we have become family. I have nothing but positive things to say- they host many events to bring residents together. The staff is consistent- from Jackie- to a great added addition to the family Tania. Tania is so full of information I feel she needs to be a consultant in every subject of life.
