Parkit Market — Local services in Dallas

I have been coming to this place for 3 years now. The only person that had great guest service, who worked at the liquor store, was the guy who passed away last year, Nick. The rest of the people are oblivious or just don't care. I'm leaning towards just not caring. You would think after all of these years that they would be cordial or make me feel welcomed and not like an interruption. The lady at Tom Thumb down the road knows what I want when I walk in, and has since the 2nd month I had been going there. These guys are too busy talking amongst themselves, making guests wait while they talk to vendors and give them free food, or watching TV. If it wasn't convenient, I wouldn't go here at all. Many times, I drive past to go to 7 Eleven so I don't have to be ignored or treated like a complete stranger. It's a shame the guest service hasn't been upheld here since Nick and the 'mom,' such a sweet lady, passed away. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for your inattentiveness and lack of service. I stood at the sandwich counter for over 5 minutes with two ladies there gossiping about their plans. Not a single hello, how are you, I’ll be with you in one moment. NOT EVEN AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT!!! Absolutely poor service and I am always here buying items from both parkit market and parkit market beverage! The gentleman have always been attentive. What a bad way to taint such service. I won’t be back concerning any food order. Those two should provide customer service and save their side conversations for later.

Note: I was the only one in the store at the time. I even walked away to get other items abs approached the counter again with no intention of them even looking at me....
