The food? Great! The service of the staff? I’d rather eat off the kitchen floor.
I’ve been here a couple times, but this last visit prompts the review.
I ordered at 12:31 online, and it was supposed to be ready at 12:46. I walk in late, around 1:05. The cashier (not her fault) is having to go between the counter and the drive thru to take orders. Need more staff (or have the manager do something other than stock). I asked said manager who wasn’t help take orders where I could pick up my online order. He kinda just stared at me and then asked my name. He handed me a single box, when I ordered 3 meals and I pointed this out. He then went and got the receipt and was like, “is this your order?” And I said yes, and showed him I had way more food than I was given. He then shoved the receipt in the hand of the cashier rudely demanding “I need this order made now.” Mind you, I can see my two drinks are ready, a soda and a lemonade. At the moment, there are only 2 other customers in the store. So I wait 15 minutes and then my food is ready. So it’s 1:20, almost an hour after I ordered. I point this out, rather politely for the situation, and he offered a half-hearted apology and then asked if I needed a drink carrier. I said yes, he turned and then turned back telling me they didn’t actually have any. So at this point I’m already pretty frustrated. He then puts the nail in his coffin by lying to my face. I turn to leave, dropping it because I didn’t want to be angry over sliders. Before I do he says “Just so you know, the order doesn’t show up on my screen until 10 minutes before it’s supposed to be ready.” So the drinks have been ready the whole time I was there… I placed the order at 12:31, ready at 12:46. So logic stands he would’ve had the order at 12:36. I point this out and that it is now 1:22. Nearly an hour late, rude treatment of coworkers, lying to customers, and watery drinks. Savvy?...
Read moreNestled in a corner on Greenville Ave., you can't miss this beautiful building. I was curious and hungry leading me to pull into their drive-thru. To my amusement, I was greeted by a bright HD menu screen – talk about a high-definition dining experience! I couldn't help but stare for a moment, as it was my first visit to Savvy Sliders. The employee noticed that I was taking my time and patiently guided me through their menu addressing any questions I had.
Now, here's where my visit took an unexpected, heartwarming turn. On that particular day, Savvy Sliders was offering complimentary meals. It was a blessing in disguise because I was also buying a meal for a homeless man who was sitting down at Lovers & Greenville. I told the employees about it and they gave me another complimentary order. They were just as excited and went above and beyond on having the experience a rememberable one. The man on the corner was very thankful.
I recommend the Box 2 Cajun fries with an Oreo Custard haha. The spicy tenders were great! Crispy but not over done in batter (fried) I was...
Read moreMy husband & I stumbled upon this gem by accident, but I couldn’t be happier that we did. We were originally trying to go to Jollibee but they were closed which worked out for us!
The quality & deliciousness of the food was simply unbelievable, but the customer service was PRICELESS!
Everyone there is awesome, but this young lady by the name of Ty definitely stole the show! Her personality, customer service & smile can light up a room. If you love great customer, recommendations & a warm smile, you would definitely find yourself not only wanting to go back for the delicious food, but also the contagious great customer service. 🙂
We had the opportunity to meet the owner which is such a grateful & humble man. He was literally working along side his workers. That itself says a lot!! 👏🏽
We just left Savvy Sliders for the 2nd time in 2 weeks & the customer service was consistent & as memorable as our first visit.
I can see this establishment soaring if they continue to offer delicious food & top notch...
