Velvet Taco — Restaurant in Dallas

I'm not sure why this place has good reviews, honestly. I came in to place an order of the brisket nachos and a slice of their red velvet cake. I've never had such a strange and uncomfortable interaction in their drive thru before. But, the employee was rude. I placed my order at the window and told him about my free slice of red velvet, and he just had an annoying look on his face. Afterward, he asked me to "spin around the drive thru." I'm not sure what he meant by that. I was really confused. I repeated to him if he meant for me to go around the drive thru again? He said, "yes"! And closed the drive thru window. I already paid for my food, so I didn't understand why he wanted me to get back in line. I usually go to the one in rockwall and South Lake, and they had never made me do that for such a small order. I got back in line, and I guess he is short tempered because as soon as I got to the window, he left. Another older employee came in, still rude but this time sarcastic. When I asked if they were the only ones who asked the customers to go around? He said, " What a drive thru? They dont have a drive thru where you go to?" I'm not sure if they found it funny to waste my time. But be assured that I won't be returning! I asked again if they made all the customers go around the drive thru for a second time. I’ve been coming to this location for years idk what happened it’s definitely not the same employees that used to work here. The new staff is very rude from the cleaning people to the cashiers. The young Hispanic lady at the front cashier on a closing shift heard me asking her kindly for hot sauce. Even customers heard me and made a comment about it.The worker in the back cooking heard me as well asking for hot sauce but she purposely ignored me I guess me asking for hot sauce that I did not get which I already included in my pickup order was slowing her down. So I went to the other line with the manager and he’d him get me hot sauce. And before I got in the bathroom room the young black chick had an attitude as if I’m in her way she saw me coming through bathroom door and just let the door close. I let it go because I was like well maybe she didn’t see me while she was busy cleaning… wrong. Mind you while I walked into the bathroom she was coming out. As soon as I washed my hands she walked back in standing over me rudely trying to intimidate me to hurry up & her out of her way but I stood my ground. The food was disgusting tacos barely warm no seasoning meat burnt tacos burnt Elotes too much sour cream no taste not barely any cheese. I will never come back to any velvet taco again they fell off. Where do I start? This place has to be the worst spot in Dallas! The girl at the counter had an attitude barley made eye contact! The Diet Coke dispenser wasn’t dispensing coke, it was something white either sparkling water or just water with bubbles? Not sure! I got two famous bowls one BBQ and the other one was the Tikka chicken, I got home craving my Mexican food and eating I realized something was weird in the rice, it look mushy and crunchy what do I know? I thought it was made that way only to find out later it was old and I got food poison from it and I had diarrhea for 4 days! I called the store to let them know so people won’t get sick the manger apologized ( which that’s normal) but what’s weird he said I just got here I’ll make sure everything is okay and I’ll refund the order but I come to read the comments and I found out I am not the only one who had food poisoning from this place and this isn’t the first time! So basically the manger doesn’t care about people or the quality of his food, since people have been complaining in the past and this isn’t surprise for him! He chose not to do anything!
