Purchased a $500 headband from Prada which was significantly wider than the dimensions online. The headband will not stay on my head so I brought it in to exchange for another one. Since the headband was a gift (I brought in receipt/never worn) it was past the 30 days of return so they sent the headband in for repair. Prada was unable to fix however, it took over two months to receive back. Customer service did not compensate me in any way. This is not the first product from Prada I have had repair issues with (saffiano leather literally peeled off my wallet), even though I shouldn't have to send in products for repair in the first place.
