Absolutely horrible experience with Michelle. Tried for almost two months to finalize the purchase of two lamps. All I got from Michelle was broken promises, excuse after excuse, failed commitments, no follow-up, and repeated lack of response. I would have to message or call multiple times before hearing back from her. When I asked how come she wasn’t responding to my most recent texts, she offered yet another excuse: they’re short-handed. The white one is very very see through in actual office...
Read moreWorst experience at the most beautiful location. I walked into this store, which was completely empty except for three employees, yet not a single one greeted me for a solid 10 minutes. The blonde-haired woman even made direct eye contact with me but seemed more eager to get to her seat and sip her Coca-Cola than to assist a customer. I was shopping for a wedding gift but, after that lack of service, I took my business to Williams Sonoma instead. What a...
