I have been getting lip injections and botox for several years now, in both TX & CA and I love love love Skinspirit as an institution because I know they hold themselves and the staff they employ to a high standard. I visited Rachel at this location and she was absolutely so kind, patient, gentle and very transparent about pricing for treatment which is also something to consider when choosing the right place for you. She took her time to explain everything, the whys, and really personalized my experience to exactly what I wanted to achieve the aesthetic results I was looking for. She told me she was previously an L&D nurse and you can totally tell, she just had such a caring aura about her. You can tell she genuinely cares about everyone she treats. Derrick, the manager is so happy to take care of his guests and ensure they have an amazing service. He is warm and inviting the moment you walk in. The West Village staff are amazing! They’re all welcoming, friendly, and professional. Derrick at the front is welcoming, helpful, and communicative when scheduling. I get all my facials done by Abla. She’s skilled, personable, attentive, and makes honest recommendations for my skin. My skin has significantly improved. During a facial, I complained about my TMJ and she immediately recommended Rachel who was able to consult with me the same day for Botox/Dysport for my masseters. My TMJ is pretty intense I have a cracked tooth from all the tension/grinding. I wear a nightguard but hadn’t found any relief. I’ve never had any Botox/dysport injections. My dentist recommended them but I’ve avoided due to fear and just overthinking 😭.Rachel first did a physical examination of my masseters to verify I needed it and before recommending a dosage.
