My friends and I purchased bracelets and charms here about a month ago. A couple weeks ago I noticed there was tarnish in the charms and so did my friends. Hers began to rust. I was guaranteed by the staff multiple times that the charms and the bracelets were tarnish proof and made of gold. What the staff failed to mention is that the charms are gold plated and will in fact tarnish. Had I been told the truth when purchasing the charms, I wouldn’t have gotten them added. For godsake, it’s a permanent bracelet. Why would I want to wear something 24/7 that will change color and rust. I reached out to businesses instagram page and was met with woman who had a very condescending tone and kept insisting that I am confused. I wasn’t confused I was mislead, two very different situations. I’m super upset with this experience and how the representative for the company never offered me any solutions. Instead points out the price differences and basically insisting that I should’ve known that it would tarnish. If your staff guaranteed it wouldn’t why would I continue to question them? There was so signage near the charms that said anything about gold plated charms either. I wasn’t offered any solution to this problem and even told to use kitchen scissors to remove the charms myself. Disgusting customer service on her part. I’m disappointed with the lack of solutions yet to come from this and am a very...
Read moreJust don’t go. Save your money and time and skip it. Her jewelry is over priced and tarnishes within days of wearing it. They claim to plate 10x the industry standard and claim it’s nickel free and hypoallergenic but my ears were itching within 20 minutes from the cheap studs I was gifted. The $80 ring my sister bought me turned my whole finger green after 4 days of me wearing it continuously. Same with the necklace and earrings she bought my aunt for her birthday. They turned nasty after a week or so. And they’ll only give store credits on returns within 2 weeks so you’re just out of luck otherwise. Genuinely nothing in that store is worth purchasing. The permanent bracelets were cute, but turned brown after a few weeks and the charms tarnished too. The assistant manager who talked with us was rude and aggressive and I saw her snap at the younger employees multiple times if they weren’t moving fast enough even though she didn’t seem to know what was going on. All in all I can’t respect a company that outwardly lies about their product. The instagram marketing makes it worse too because they claim the jewelry is good to be swam in, but it’s barely wearable on its own??? I am a huge believer in small businesses, but it’s clear that Nina Berenato is just another money hungry influencer who is putting out cheap products and lying on...
Read moreWe went last weekend with full of excitement. Even though there was some confusion on times, we still showed up 30 min before opening start time. (They were opened though but the welder wasn't there) We asked to stay and wait and they told us that Starbucks was at the corner and other restaurants around to get brunch. They said they begin right at 12 so we showed up about 8-10 min before 12 and there was a crowd. She yells out...we are about to start lining up...who was here first. So they start lining up every one and when I mentioned, we were first but you asked us to leave until 12. Her response was...I know but we are starting the line at 12. I said, its not even 12 yet so we should be first. She said they are going to start with the people there. Now we would have to wait another 40-45 min because of everyone in front of us . The vibe was off and we went ahead and left. If I knew they were going to do that, I would've just waited at the door. For them to asked us to come back to only set us behind everyone that showed up after was extremely disappointing. I am sure that since it doesnt take long to weld the others wouldve minded and understood if she yelled it out loud like she did looking for who...
