Just went through the drive thru and dealt with the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. At 10:32pm on 01/11/2025 I ordered a few food items. We paid and realized I forgot to add sour cream. So I asked at the window if I could add it and had cash in hand to pay. The woman said no add ons at the window. I said “so I have to drive back through and order again?” She said yes, closed the window, and walked away. We were the only people in the line and parking lot. So, went to drive around to walk in to grab sauce because it wasn’t in the bag either and order the sour cream. The lobby was locked. So I went back through the drive and ordered sour cream, 10 mild sauce, 4 fire sauce. Only the sour cream was in the bag. I asked for the girl’s name and no one would give it to me. No one would give me any of their names. The girl came to the window and started asking me what the problem was, told me it’s policy so she didn’t understand why I needed her name. I told her she was rude and I was going to speak with her management. She got mad and stormed off. It was a completely weird and uncalled for experience. I would be honest and say if I did anything to warrant this experience and genuinely, we just ordered food and were met with agitation and aggression. On my receipt, her name is Lateca R. She was incredibly rude and should not be in customer facing roles at all. The rest of the team was complacent with her bad attitude and rude behavior which was insane because no one raised their voice at all except for her. They wouldn’t give me the manager’s name, the store number,...
Read moreThese photos are from 2 separate occasions a week apart from each other. I forgot to take a photo of the first receipt but anyways. I usually order the delux boxes for my son and I. The burritos are NOTHING like they are advertised on the commercials or the menu. It’s 90% tortilla 10% what’s supposed to be in it. I was better off going to the store, buying all the ingredients, and making them myself. The deluxe boxes also come with a chicken chalupa and when I asked for no tomatoes not only did she not fix it on the receipt, they still put tomatoes on my chalupa. I am allergic to tomatoes which is why I ask for NO tomatoes. Both times all of the items were thrown into a bag so I had to sort everything out at home( no biggie but still). When it comes to the cheese for the chips they don’t even fill the tiny container half way. The date of the receipt my son tried his sprite (like we always do before we leave the drive thru) and he told me it was nasty so I tried it to make sure. It tasted like nothing but carbonation. When asking for a different drink the lady at the window started acting like it was our fault the sprite was nasty. I liked it better when they had the KFC that way I could order from the KFC side when they couldn’t get the Taco Bell side right. This was my favorite Taco Bell and I even stopped using the one closest to my house but now I’m going to have to find...
Read moreFirst off, Taco Bell is Taco Bell. What that means is an operational efficient delivery of low quality ingredients whose flavors are masked by various sauces. Taco Bell doesn't deliver the highest quality food but they do a good job of innovating new foods and they rarely mess up an order.
I haven't eaten Taco Bell much at all in the past few years but back in the day I used to eat at this location quite often. It has always been better run than the Taco Bell on Hampton and Singleton but has still been fairly hit or miss over the years.
This time I ordered a 7 layer burrito and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch. I'm happy to see that prices have not increased the past few years. Back in the day I thought these items were overpriced. Now, given inflation, they are priced about right. Probably the only major operational mistake that is somewhat common at Taco Bell is that sometimes they will make an item too small. That was not a problem this time. Both my 7 layer burrito and cheesy gordita crunch were completely filled to an...
