Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Dallas

Tried placing my order online and wasn't able to do so because the app was malfunctioning this was the 3rd time this has happened. I then called the store to place my order and instead of the lady checking to see if the featured Maplehouse Egg Sandwich was available she went ahead and placed the order anyway only for me to get to the lemmon ave location and be told we are out of that sandwich because I had ordered 2 sandwiches and the featured caramel sweet cream cold brew coffee in a Large Size. AI paid for one sandwich and I walked out and told them I didn't want anything else. Poor service and poor customer service will ruin your business. Better customer service is needed at this location I will not Ever order from this location again. And to others that order from this location I would hope that this review sheds some light...

This place is AMAZING! I was really bummed when the old place closed and this one was being built because we were without an Eienstein Bro for a short time but the wait was worth it. They are in a new building and it's so clean and inviting. I highly recommend this location not only because of the great selection of menu items but also the team of employees.. Now in terms of menu items, I personally love the chorizo burrito, it's really flavorful and a great value but you can never go wrong with a bagel and one of many varieties of cream cheese! Ok, so now let's talk about the team of employees, they are always so friendly and nice, I always receive a warm welcome and friendly smile. I recently stopped by Einstein Bros Bagels and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their offerings. The bagels were fresh, perfectly chewy on the inside with a nice crisp on the outside. They have a wide variety of flavors and spreads, which made it fun to try something new.

The staff was friendly and helpful, making recommendations based on my preferences. The coffee was decent and paired well with the breakfast sandwiches. The only downside was that the place was a bit crowded during the morning rush, which led to a slight delay in service.
