The first time I visited this store to pick up an online order, someone greeted me and asked if I needed help and I said no. I was browsing around when the same staff member came up to me and asked if I needed help again, to which I said I was picking up an online order. He acted super annoyed that I didn't say that immediately upon entering the store, stating "thats why I asked if you had any questions". I guess you can't shop in peace anymore.

The second time I came to pick up an online order, I drove 40 minutes back home before realizing that they forgot to include my socks. I called back asking for a refund. The associate told me I could only get a refund if I drove back to the store so that they could do it in person. Let me get this straight... you want me to drive 40 minutes back to your store to refund an item that you forgot to give me??? That I don't even have??? She then told me that the item probably wasn't shipped yet, to which I responded that my whole order was ready for pickup and an associate forgot to include the socks in my order. She said she'd put me on a brief hold but then hung up lol. I called back and she was extremely passive aggressive, telling me she has to check if my item was actually in stock. It was. Finally her manager allowed her to cancel my order. Not sure why these associates get so ridiculously mad when they have to do their job. After I thanked her for cancelling my order, she hung up...

I visited this store for the first time ever this past week and I was absolutely enamoured by the store's cleanliness, organization, and well maintained appearance over all. The staff were all so personable, kind, helpful and had great knowledge about all their merchandise!
