And to my surprise, she was from Brazil, which made me feel proud because she made me feel like Pandora appreciates having me as a customer. All my previous experiences at this store were horrible. I had already bought more than $10,000 worth of bracelets, and I found out from her that I was not actually registered to receive discounts on future purchases. I had never received a single discount, which surprised Thaís, who was very attentive to ensuring that I had this benefit. She also offered to clean my bracelets. I thought she was just being nice since no one had ever offered this before, and she said that it was one of the procedures offered by the store. I thought it was really cool to know.
