They sold a BLUE pair of Jordans to me & it had a speck of BLUE ink on a white part of it. I’m thinking that’s fine because the girl who is wearing them is young and will get them dirty eventually. Plus we came when the store was extremely busy and we just wanted to get some shoes and get out. She tries them on when we get home on Sunday and they’re too small. We go to exchange to get a half size bigger on Tuesday and this girl Savannah was talking about some “sorry I tried really hard but my manager said no due to the speck of dirt😢” while pointing to the area of blue ink. girl. Y’all sold them to me WITH THE BLUE INK ON THEM 2 DAYS AGO😭 and PLEASE stand on your decisions. they said we could return them with the receipt but they’ll have to damage them out as if it’s our fault. We tried to say all she did was try them on, the blue was there beforehand. She was very dismissive and we aren’t going to argue with you the associate. disappointing but it’s ok our money will be taken elsewhere...

Not one employee welcomed the customers, or offered to assist. I quietly waited for assistance but they continued to talk amongst one another knowing I was there. It was a shame the cashier was the only one to come over to offer assistance and patiently assist and advise. If there was a manager in the store it must have been the cashier. If not, I would say no and/or very poor management to allow the employees to cluster in one place and help no one. I never make a fuss, I'm the quiet customer that doesn't complain. Sometimes when I do see an employee with potential I tell them how great their customer service is. Of course, we are all aware a mention in any way of bad customer service can spread like wildfire. Worst customer service I have ever walked into!! Walked in there were at least 8 employees standing at the door not one said a word.. They were all talking amongst themselves no care in the world that there was customers in there store.. Tried to walk around to look at shoes and couldnt because the employees were to busy talking to each other worrying about leadership meetings they need to go to!!
