I was having a Ring made; when I first gave them almost an Ounce of mixed 10-14K Gold at a time when Gold was like $400/ounce; it then shot up over $1000 & has never came back down to date... So rather than buy the gold from them I brought more of my own Gold that was needed to continue making the ring... The lady I made the Deal w/ left their shop apparently & only the Jeweler (Steve; let me tell you an Awesome Guy..! He really should be the One in Charge..!) & the other Lady Debbie who I was forced to deal w/ at this point now... I came in with my extra Gold so the ring could be made; this other lady Deb now tells me I still need like an Ounce of Gold and more money cause the Gold I gave them at the time was Valued at $300... She basically stole my gold; treated like it was pawned or something... Now I was only getting a $300 gold credit (and my cash) towards the Rings price of being made ($1200) and then tried to get me to hand over more Gold and Cash..? But I had even given them Diamonds too..! Which she didn't even seem to be aware of... NO WAY..! am I handing over more Gold now; I said... When I demanded to know where my Diamonds were and getting them back; I then figured out that she even stole (or used and failed to tell me) my Diamonds..! I had so many Karat of White Diamonds & so many Karat of Black Diamonds; All MY Black Diamonds were gone..! She had to give me some other supposed Black Diamonds she had back there in her stash...

VERY SAD SITUATION as Steve & I were fully aware of what the deal was with the Ring; I was Providing the Gold & Diamonds & Paying $1200 to have the Ring made... I had already given a Cash deposit (over $300) and the Gold and Diamonds to Start; after Deb got involved she basically Used & Kept my Gold, Diamonds, & Cash, and Only gave me back a wax Ring mold & the Diamonds after having to demand them & showing my Receipts...

I really liked Steve the Jeweler; he and I were really looking forward to making this Ring too..! Why the Shop Owner decided out of no where to rip me off after dealing with them for so long; is confusing & to this day I am still...

Before I start, I would like to mention that the 1 and only negative post on this site was not true. When anyone tries to take advantage of an honest, minority, small business owner, that is a shameful thing. Now my review.. Service is respectful, quality of repair and price is way under what other jeweler's charge. I am a repeat customer and have always been treated fairly and with great customer service skills. Deb talks right from the hip, no BS. If it's not worth it or not in your best interest, she let's ya know, even if it means a lost sale, no hard sell. Steve and Deb designed a Dolphins ring for me, great piece, price and never leaves my finger. They also serviced other pieces I have from other jeweler's at reasonable price, less than what I paid from the o ey original jeweler. I know go to her to check jewelry out before I buy and before...

Give them a shot I’m sure you’ll be super happy ……..I am and I continue to be very happy with my purchases…honest prices and quality work THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!!!!!!
