While waiting for her to go order that we placed online we became the unfortunate audience of supervisor or manager talking to talking down to employees as she seemed to be trying to correct or instruct them but instead came across as shaming them in front of customers. The employees did not seem happy to be working there, did not greet customers and did not thank them while we were there. While we waited for our drinks to be made, the food had already been placed on the counter in one bag. We had hot food and cold food together so the heated food had melted the cake pops making them too messy to eat until we had put them in the fridge at home for a while and our fruit and cheese pack was also warm to the touch. We have continued to use this Starbucks for quite a while because it's proximity to our home, but given how our experience does not get better with subsequent visits we have decided to not return. Read moreAs someone who used to work at another Starbucks, it’s disappointing going to this location or dealing with the baristas here. The customer connections are 100% not there. Just today I placed an order for the main purpose of getting a pup cup for my dog. When I called to request this they said there was no way to do this. As someone who used to work there, I was always taught that the baristas should do anything to go above and beyond for the customers. I was even willing to pay extra for it to be put in a tall cup for pick up. Nope. I never knew ringing in a tall cup (empty) and hitting the whip cream button was so hard. I did that for several cars when I worked at a different location. Shame, even when I left the company my manager begged me to stay or even just transfer to this location. Read moreI went through the drive through for 4 drinks. I only received 3 of the 4 drinks. One was completely wrong. So, they had to remake it. I asked about my missing drink. They said they never rang it up. I thought they did because he repeated that drink back when he repeated my order. They ended up charging me for another drink for that missing drink. Then they printed out my old order because the price seemed high. I was questioning it all. Thankfully I questioned it. To find out they did charge me originally for that missing drink. So, then I had to go inside and ask for a refund. The guy that took the order didn't even apologize just basically blamed on me for not calling it the right name.
