Uninformed staff increases the frustration of a split store. Was given the wrong closing time for housewares while IN the hardware store. One clerk asked another, -- neither checked to make sure -- and answered my inquiry with "closes at 7, you have plenty of time" when in fact housewares closes at 6 on Sat. Found out after I walked over there at 6:30. Clerks and manager shrugged off the mistake, like it was nothing, and seemed to suggest that I should have known, as "it has been that way for awhile." Why aren't the different closing times prominent on the Website? Going to Target for the things I would have...

Harassed by cashier tonight. Before I bought these items that I returned tonight, I was told that if it doesn't fit then I have 90 days to return it. I was told to save the receipt and packaging. Tonight, when I went to return these items, a hammer, a wrench and a screwdriver, I was given a very hard time about the return. I was accused of using the items and then returning them afterwards. THE ONLY ITEM that was even used once was the hammar and it looked scratched up because it was already scratched when I bought it. I felt discriminated against because I am female...
