Coop has changed and many of us long time members think not for the better, unfortunately. Coop no longer carries many of the natural not chemical infused products we sought out there. Becoming more like a Safeway trending to mainstream -not so healthy product lines. Only a few employees have the former customer focused attitude but many don't; the newer ones really don't know what customer service is and can be downright dismissive if one asks for legitimate assistance. It does not feel welcoming and like a "cooperative" place any more, so sad to say. On the bright side, the produce guy has upped the game to emphasize local organics. But let me tell you, i left with not only the bag i was after, but another insulated bag; both filled with delicious fresh cheeses, bread, duck liver pate, chocolate, juice and even a potion bottle LOL. I was impressed with all the product they had and the price was very fair. What a great place for people downtown to walk or bike to for their...
