It was not until I discussed this with my friend that I decided to write a review to let future customers know of the possible inadequate service they might experience here as my friend and I had experienced.
The reason my friend and I first came to try out this place was because it was new and the reviews all had 5 stars, not to mention that there was a promotion on Instagram saying that they would have 10% discount running through the week of Feb.19-25. Well, when we went to the counter to pay for our order, my friend pulled out the exact post from Instagram for the discount, and the girl behind the counter looked at it and said, "Oh, we discontinued that." My friend pointed to the exact words on the post "continued to the end of the week", and the cashier said, "Yeah...we just stopped doing that."
?????? Okay, no matter, it's just 10%. So we paid for our food, and I ordered alongside my pho a side of fried donuts, and my friend a Thai tea drink with her pho. Well, when we sat down at our table, I looked at my receipt, and the girl had overcharged me on my fried donuts. The donuts were $2.00, but she had charged me $3.00. Okay, no problem, I'll go talk to the cashier. When I went to the same girl behind the counter, she said nothing, just looked at my receipt after I mentioned that she overcharged me, asked for my phone number and said that I would receive a text. ??? I paid in cash, and if I hadn't mentioned how I would receive the money, she would have never given me my refund.
Well, that was that. But after 10 minutes of eating, my friend had not yet received her Thai drink she ordered, and it was not until she went to the cashier again that the girl behind the counter exclaimed among the lines, "Oh! I forgot!"
...My friend would have never received her drink had she not asked. The food was mediocre as well, we had ordered two phos, but they only gave us one plate of bean sprouts and basil, not to mention they were droopy and not fresh at all. Also, do not order the fried donuts. The quantity was so small my eyes almost popped out. The noodles were all stuck together in the broth as well, and we had to shake them out before eating. The meat quantity was nice but the meat was chewy and 3/4 of a piece of meat consisted of fat.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Except if you want to...
Read moreSit Lo Saigon is probably the best pho spot in town and one of the best I've had in general. Flavors are super rich and unlike any other pho I've had around here. Service is great compared to other restaurants in town and they really go the extra mile with the sauces, peppers, veggies, and condiments provided. One of my favorite places to go when I'm eating out as I know I'll never be disappointed. One thing I will say is veggies are sometimes a little less fresh than I'd like, but it's never been an issue
[EDIT 1 YEAR LATER] As a regular to this spot for a whole year now the quality has substantially dropped. The pho now arrives immediately which gives off the impression that its not prepared fresh. The food also cools off much much quicker now - probably due to the reheating. The prices have gone up which is understandable with inflation - but paired with the drop in quality it can't be justified. I've had a few really bad encounters with the service, being glared at because I was still eating 10 minutes before closing. I've also gotten sick multiple times from eating here recently, which was never an issue before. I am honestly saddened by the drop in attention to detail as that's what attracted me to becoming a regular in the first place. Hope that management sees this and brings back...

The restaurant's interior creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for catching up with friends or enjoying a tasty meal with loved ones.
The star of the show at Sit Lo Saigon is undoubtedly their delicious ramen. Bursting with flavor and served piping hot, the ramen bowls are a treat for the taste buds. Whether you're a ramen aficionado or new to this dish, you won't be disappointed by the rich and savory broth, accompanied by perfectly cooked noodles and a delectable array of toppings.
While the food and ambiance are top-notch, it's worth noting that Sit Lo Saigon can get a bit loud during busy hours. This lively atmosphere can add to the overall experience for some, but if you prefer a more serene setting, it might not be the ideal choice during peak times.
Despite the noise, I wholeheartedly recommend Sit Lo Saigon for its delightful ambiance and mouthwatering ramen. It's an excellent spot to savor authentic Vietnamese flavors and enjoy a lively dining experience. Just be sure to plan your visit accordingly, considering your noise tolerance and the time of day to make the most of your...
