City Of Dayton Municipal Parking Garage — Local services in Dayton

The court gave me a sticker so I could get out of the parking garage for free because I went down for jury duty and I was excused. I was in the parking garage for 24 minutes called the help line because the machine was trying to charge me for $4 even though I had only been there for 24 minutes and I had a scan for free parking.And ..Its 2.00 for the 1st hour not 4.00 anyway!!! the man who answered my call for the parking garage was so extremely rude every time I tred to talk he talked over the top of me then he started arguing with me and said its 8.00 for parking..I said that is the max! I was there for 24 minutes..I asked for his supervisor, of course he said he was not there! I was about in tears because of his rudeness and told him you are not listening to me and not doing yor job! All the time he kept raising his voice over talking me ..so then I stopped talking abd he rudely said are you done! I finally paid the $4 just to get out of that place.I WILL NEVER PARK THERE AGAIN AND DO NOT...

There's been poop in the stairwell for over a week now (I'll spare you the picture). There's regularly urine too. Lighting is so dim I have to use a flashlight to make sure I don't step in it. I'd take the elevators but they're so janky I don't trust...
