For the price, I would have expected a bit better service. It took 10 minutes before we were greeted. We had a reservation but weren't asked about it. Our order took almost an hour to come out. 2 people ordered same side and they looked and tasted completely different. Brussel spouts were not cooked when they were supposed to be roasted. Drinks weren't refilled timely. The server was nice and positive attitude but I just feel maybe not trained yet on service expected at a higher end restaurant that is getting about $50 per person. I think they are newer place in town so I would not say to not give it a try but with the experience I had if im spending the amount we did I would have expected more attention to detail and...

Tear Drop Steak House — Where Hope Goes to Die, One Bite at a Time I walk into Tear Drop Steak House expecting sizzle, swagger, and maybe a side of satisfaction. Instead, I got sadness, regret, and a free emotional breakdown with my meal. The only "tear drop" here is the one that rolled down my cheek after the first bite. Regarding the steak, I’ve had more tender hugs from my father, and he’s emotionally unavailable. Tear Drop Steak House is less of a restaurant and more of an elaborate prank on the human palate. Dining here is like going through all five stages of grief in one sitting. Honestly, I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy — and I have enemies.

I went for Happy Hour to catch up with a good friend. The atmosphere was classy and the service was top tier. The hostess and waiter we so kind, helpful, and checked on us often. We ordered appetizers. The wings, deviled eggs, and artichoke dip were delicious. We had the Velvet Dream frozen cocktail. They were out of strawberries and asked if we were okay with they making it with raspberries. I'm not a raspberry fan, but it was good and not to sweet. I want to come back and try it with the strawberries. I will make this my after work stop when I need to treat myself or have some girl talk with a friend.
